Nu söker vi en erfaren Safety Manager till ett innovativt företag i fordonsbranschen som utvecklar och implementerar autonoma transportlösningar. I denna nyckelroll ansvarar du för att säkerställa att verksamheten följer gällande säkerhetsstandarder, regelverk och interna styrningskrav innan autonoma lösningar tas i drift.
Du blir en central del av organisationen och arbetar nära produktutveckling, teknik, drift, externa partners och myndigheter för att säkerställa en säker implementering, drift och kontinuerlig utveckling av framtidens autonoma fordon.
Ansvara för och utveckla säkerhetsprocesser och styrningsmodeller för både interna och partnerlevererade lösningar.
Äga och förvalta organisationens Safety Case samt fatta beslut om Go/No-Go innan lösningar tas i drift.
Eskalera säkerhetsrelaterade beslut vid behov till företagets ledning.
Säkerställa efterlevnad av gällande lagar, säkerhetsstandarder och interna styrningskrav.
Genomföra och stödja riskanalyser samt säkerhetsgranskningar.
Samarbeta med tekniska team, driftorganisation och externa partners i säkerhetsrelaterade frågor.
Delta i utredningar av incidenter och säkerställa att korrigerande åtgärder genomförs.
Vara företagets kontaktperson gentemot myndigheter och regulatoriska organ.
Driva utvecklingen av säkerhetsprocesser och bidra till en stark säkerhetskultur.
Samordna säkerhetsansvaret mellan interna och externa intressenter.
Vi söker dig som har
Civilingenjörsexamen eller masterexamen inom teknik eller motsvarande.
Minst 10 års erfarenhet inom funktionell säkerhet, operativ säkerhet eller regulatorisk efterlevnad.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Safety Case-metodik och Safety Case Management.
Incidenthantering och rapporteringsprocesser.
Mycket god analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av riskbedömning samt riskhantering.
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet av autonoma system eller autonoma fordon.
Erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin eller industriella säkerhetsramverk.
Erfarenhet av driftsättning, fältverifiering eller operativa miljöer.
Kunskap inom riskhantering för autonoma fordon (Autonomous Vehicle Operational Risk Management).
Svenska i tal och skrift.
Analytisk och strukturerad.
Självständig och trygg i att fatta objektiva beslut i säkerhetskritiska situationer.
Van att arbeta med styrning, processer och governance.
En skicklig kommunikatör med god samarbetsförmåga.

Job Mission: As Team Manager, Technical Information & Documentation, you lead and develop Piab’s Technical Documentation team while working hands-on with our content ecosystem. You ensure that high‑quality, scalable technical information supports our products, digital experiences and customers across channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and inspire the team Lead, coach and develop Piab's Technical Documentation team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Set priorities while actively contributing to the team's daily work. Be hands-on Create, review and improve technical documentation alongside the team. Work directly in our documentation ecosystem, including Paligo, Inriver, Tacton CPQ and related platforms. Participate in product launches, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Support configurable documentation and automated datasheet generation. Drive transformation Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve. Lead the adoption of AI-assisted authoring, structured content and automated publishing. Build reusable, scalable content that supports multiple channels and future digital experiences. Continuously improve processes, governance and documentation quality. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 8 years of experience leading technical documentation, technical communication or product information teams. Minimum 5 years of experience creating technical documentation for industrial or engineering products. Experience and genuine interest in being both a leader and an active, hands-on contributor. Strong drive to improve and transform ways of working, with energy from improving processes rather than simply maintaining them. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and IT. Strategic mindset with a belief that technical information is a core business asset. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken (mandatory). Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technologies, and how they can be applied to documentation. Experience with structured authoring, APIs and AI-supported documentation workflows is an advantage. Aircraft Transfer is part of SAS Technical Operations, where our mission is to deliver airworthy aircraft on time, in line with SAS standards, while ensuring cost efficiency. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new and used aircraft into and out of service, managing timely handovers, and driving these exciting CAMO projects across SAS. Challenges you will work on: In this role, you will manage aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee critical projects with a focus on safety, airworthiness, and cost efficiency. You report to the Manager of Aircraft Transfer, within SAS Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization.
