The Role… At Soho House, a Room Service Manager is responsible for leading the full Room Service operation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency across all food, beverage and in-room amenity delivery. You will take ownership of the department, driving service excellence, operational performance and team development. Working closely with the wider operations team, you will ensure a seamless experience for members and guests, with every order delivered promptly, beautifully presented and aligned with Soho House standards. A successful Room Service Manager for Soho House will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in a busy, high-profile venue, with previous supervisory experience and a natural flair for first-class service. You’ll be confident leading a team, solution-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. * 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality or hotel environment, ideally within room service or F&B * Previous Management, Supervisory or team leadership experience * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships (internal and external) * Strong attention to detail and presentation * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills * Fluent in English * Highly organised and reliable * Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team * Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Open Table are advantageous Physical Requirements: * Must be over the age of 18 * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * 2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs * Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures * Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving * Working knowledge of housekeeping systems or software is a plus
