Vi söker en Director of Supply Chain till vårt produktområde Systems Integration i Solna. I rollen leder du och utvecklar hela försörjningskedjan – med ansvar för strategi, leveransförmåga och kontinuerlig förbättring. Du är en central del i att omsätta produktområdets mål till prioriteringar, arbetssätt och resultat inom produktion, lager, inköp och kvalitet. Du leder verksamheten via underställda chefer och teamledare.
Utveckla och implementera långsiktiga strategier för en hållbar och effektiv försörjningskedja.
Leda och coacha team inom produktion, lager, inköp och kvalitet samt stärka interna ledare.
Optimera processer och KPI:er för att driva kostnadseffektivitet och operativ excellens.
Bygga starka relationer med leverantörer och säkerställa pålitliga, hållbara och kostnadseffektiva inköp.
Säkerställa att försörjningskedjan uppfyller kvalitets- och regelkrav samt hantera risker för att minimera störningar.
Du äger och följer upp avdelningens projektåtaganden genom att säkerställa att teamet levererar enligt plan i projekten, via utsedda delprojektledare och resurser.
Vem vi söker
Universitetsexamen inom supply chain, industriell ekonomi, logistik eller motsvarande.
Erfarenhet av att bygga och leda organisationer inom supply chain, produktion och logistik.
Stark strategisk och analytisk förmåga med erfarenhet av att driva förbättringsinitiativ och förändringsarbete.
Erfarenhet av att leda team med flera nyckelpersoner på olika nivåer.
Gedigen förståelse för supply chain-processer, digitalisering, automation och hållbarhetsarbete.
God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta i en komplex organisation med många kontaktytor.
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift

We are looking for a Project Sourcing Specialist to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. Purpose and Goals You are a hands-on sourcing professional driving supplier selection and commercial execution in development and engineering change projects. You take ownership of sourcing activities from early supplier involvement through supplier selection and handover to operations, ensuring the right balance between cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and scalability. Working closely with R&D, Sourcing Category Managers, and Operations, you enable fast decision-making and contribute to competitive, cost-efficient products and a successful ramp-up of production.
