About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant to join a Billing & CRM team within a Nordic

Customer IT organization.

The team develops, maintains, and supports SAP-based solutions built on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM that enable customer operations

across the Nordic region. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, the organization is preparing for the migration

from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.

The initial assignment will focus on the preparation phase of the migration project, followed by active involvement in the

implementation and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, maintain, and optimize SAP CRM solutions.

Support the migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

Configure and support SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.

Work with Product Modeling Environment (PME) and CRM Middleware.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation and business process documentation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Mentor team members and share functional knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM configuration and support.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement.

Strong functional knowledge of:
Sales
Service
Marketing modules

Experience with Product Modeling Environment (PME).

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware.

Experience documenting business processes and functional specifications.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
