ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultants to support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries. In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations and custom developments within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, consultants, and architects to ensure robust solution design, seamless integrations, and successful deployments across environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into clear, scalable technical designs. * Configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, flows, security models, and validation rules. * Develop high-quality custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Design and implement complex sharing models and apply best practices for trigger patterns and reusable logic. * Create end-to-end integration designs, mapping data flows and system interactions. * Prepare and execute test plans, ensuring code coverage, scalability, and system reliability. * Support deployment and release processes using tools such as Copado or similar DevOps solutions. * Perform data quality checks and manage data migration tasks with tools like Data Loader. QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and project types. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns. * Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative configuration. * Experience with release and environment management within Salesforce. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to guide technical project phases. * Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strong communication in English and Spanish. * Highly valued certifications: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, and one or more Cloud Consultant certifications. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will also support data migration, maintain best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related technologies. * Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. * Perform data migrations, transformations, and loading from legacy systems. * Design and implement complex sharing models and apply Salesforce best practices for declarative and programmatic development. * Define and execute test plans, ensuring quality, scalability, environment independence, and security. * Document technical solutions, system architecture, user stories, and development processes. * Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and contribute to innovation and thought leadership initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs. * Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and SQL. * Experience with deployment and release management tools (Copado, GitHub, or similar). * Experience writing unit tests and implementing Salesforce integration patterns. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * Salesforce certifications required: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer I or II, App Builder. ABOUT THE ROLE At Nuvolar, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Consulting team and work on international Salesforce implementation and optimization projects across different industries. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and architects to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, helping clients improve business processes, automate workflows, and maximize the value of their Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with a solid Salesforce development background who enjoys combining technical implementation with client interaction and wants to continue growing as a technical consultant. You'll own standard implementation tasks independently while partnering with senior team members on more complex solution design and architecture decisions. 🧠 WHAT YOU'LL DO * Participate in client discovery sessions and technical workshops for Salesforce implementation projects. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks. * Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder. * Contribute to the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions combining declarative and programmatic approaches. * Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations and data migration activities for standard implementation projects. * Create and optimize automation using Flow Builder. * Execute SOQL/SOSL queries and troubleshoot platform issues. * Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes using Git and Copado (or similar DevOps tools). * Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Contribute to technical documentation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across different projects. * Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, and test classes. * Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP integrations, JSON processing, and OAuth authentication. * Solid experience using Flow Builder for business process automation. * Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL. * Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities. * Experience using Git and deployment tools such as Copado or similar. * Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from more experienced consultants. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Professional English and Spanish.
