The Role
We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to build user-facing products that impact hundreds of thousands of legal professionals.
You’ll have the opportunity to join and lead one of the product teams shaping the core of the Legora platform, working across
surfaces like our drafting products, tabular review, task management, and research and regulatory products.
Wherever you land, the mandate is the same: build 0-to-1 products that help revolutionize a legacy profession. You’ll do it inside
an AI-native company growing at hyper speed, with the autonomy to take ideas from a blank canvas to products that thousands of
lawyers rely on every day. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones.

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Core User Experience team. This team owns many of the central pillars of the Legora platform, the connective tissue that every user touches every day: navigation, onboarding, personalization, notifications, global search, and the workflow library, among other foundational pieces. Your mandate is simple to state and hard to do well: make Legora dramatically easier and more delightful to use. You’ll drive activation and retention by removing friction, sharpening the everyday experience, and helping legal professionals get to value faster. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role at the heart of the product, working closely with design, engineering, and the wider org. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Core UX surface area: navigation, onboarding, personalization, notifications, global search, the workflow library, and other central parts of the platform. * Move our north-star activation and retention metrics by making the product easier to adopt and more delightful to use over time. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, high-quality user-facing experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Run experiments across the user journey, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Lead onboarding and first-run experiences that get new users to their first “aha” moment quickly. * Collaborate with our legal engineers and the broader org to ensure a coherent, consistent experience as the platform grows. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies * A track record of building UI and consumer-grade experiences at a company known for strong design taste; you have a sharp eye for craft, even if you’re not a designer yourself. * Hands-on experience with growth work: thinking deliberately about activation, adoption, retention, and the experimentation and metrics that drive them. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering and other functions to ship products. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * A genuine interest in making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What you'll do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What you'll bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. THE ROLE We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own a core product area at Legora. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a high-ownership, high-influence role for a top 1% PMM. You will operate as the strategic and executional leader of your product area—defining positioning and narrative, driving go-to-market strategy, influencing product direction, and delivering measurable adoption and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Product, GTM, and executive leadership to shape category-defining AI products. The role demands rare range: technical rigor, strategic clarity, and creative excellence. WHAT YOU’LL OWN NARRATIVE & POSITIONING * Define clear, differentiated positioning from first principles * Turn complex, AI-driven products into sharp, compelling customer value * Establish a high bar for clarity, taste, and storytelling across every touchpoint GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY * Lead end-to-end GTM for a core product area, from ideation through adoption * Partner with Product, Marketing, GTM to shape what gets built and how it’s brought to market * Ensure launches showcase Legora’s differentiated value that translate into pipeline and revenue REVENUE ENABLEMENT * Enable sales with world-class assets: pitches, demo narratives, one-pagers, competitive strategy * Increase win rates and deal velocity through sharp differentiation * Partner with Growth and Design to drive conversion across web, campaigns, and lifecycle WEB STRATEGY * Own product storytelling across the website and key growth surfaces. * Continuously optimize for clarity, differentiation, and conversion while maintaining narrative consistency across touchpoints. MARKET & CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE * Synthesize customer conversations, usage data, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence into actionable insight. * Influence product prioritization and roadmap decisions WHAT YOU BRING * Experience: 6–8+ years in Product Marketing or Product Strategy in high-growth AI or B2B SaaS environments with a track record of marketing and driving adoption of AI products. * Strategic Thinking: You operate from first principles, form strong points of view, and know how to separate durable signal from short-term noise. * Leadership & Influence: Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
