Om rollen Som backendutvecklare arbetar du i kunduppdrag med att utveckla och vidareutveckla backendlösningar, ofta i miljöer där säkerhet är en central del. Du är med genom hela utvecklingsprocessen, från design och arkitektur till implementation och förbättring av befintliga system.
I rollen bygger du backendtjänster och API:er med fokus på robust systemdesign och säker kod. Du identifierar och hanterar risker i applikationer, deltar i tekniska beslut och samarbetar nära andra utvecklare, arkitekter och verksamheten. Samtidigt bidrar du aktivt till att lyfta säkerhetsaspekter i teamet och stärka den övergripande kvaliteten i leveransen.
Vi söker dig som har
Cirka 4 års erfarenhet av backendutveckling
Erfarenhet av API-utveckling (REST eller liknande)
Erfarenhet av databaser och datamodellering
Intresse för applikationssäkerhet
Förståelse för systemdesign och mjukvaruarkitektur
Det är extra intressant om du har erfarenhet av säker kodning eller säkerhetsgranskning, har arbetat med DevSecOps eller säkerhet i utvecklingsprocesser, och är nyfiken på eller har erfarenhet av AI i utveckling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hands-On Backend Development Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily in Go for our backend, while being comfortable and keen to work end-to-end in our React and TypeScript frontend when needed Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve your speed, quality and impact as an engineer Design, develop and enhance backend services and APIs that are critical to our operations, including inspection, workshop planning, quality control and beyond Debug and resolve technical issues quickly to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems System Optimization and Improvement Regularly evaluate and improve system performance, focusing on scalability, responsiveness and reliability Improve our codebase by making it easier to understand, test, maintain and evolve over time Collaborate closely with backend and frontend developers, product managers and designers to ensure seamless integration between backend services and user-facing applications Manage technical debt by refactoring code and improving existing systems Collaboration and Problem-Solving Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver pragmatic solutions that align with business needs Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, clarity and long-term maintainability across the team Qualifications: We believe that the ideal candidate has: 3-4+ years of experience in backend development and solid software architecture fundamentals Strong hands-on experience with Go and building reliable backend services and APIs Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud-based architectures Comfortable working with TypeScript and React when needed, or motivated to grow into that part of the stack Curious and pragmatic in using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering effectiveness, all the way from planning to execution and reviews Good communication skills and a collaborative, product-minded approach A plus if you have experience building systems that support operational workflows or internal tools at scale What is in it for you? In this role, you will work with online systems related to player progression, social interaction, game orchestration, monetization and authentication.
