streamlines the back-office IT. The Global IT Procurement function resides in the Securitas IT organization and is key in this
development.
Global IT Procurement
Global IT Procurement owns the supplier ecosystem for Securitas IT and live to ensure business excellence. Focus areas include
quality, cost effectiveness, vendor and risk management. The team consists of two streams – Software Asset Management and IT
Sourcing. Currently team is located in multiple locations in EU with diverse backgrounds and geographies. Global IT Procurement
sits within the Performance Management organization and reports directly to the Vice President, Performance Management, alongside
the Finance and Project Management teams.
About the role
We are looking to strengthen our team with a Category Manager for Professional and Managed Services. This is a strategic role
within a rapidly evolving organization undergoing a significant transformation journey, offering substantial opportunities to
drive change, create value, and shape future ways of working.
The role offers a high degree of ownership and influence across the full supplier lifecycle, including category strategy,
strategic sourcing, vendor management, supplier governance, and contract lifecycle management. You will work closely with key
internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to optimize commercial performance, manage contractual commitments, and create
sustainable business value.

Ditt primära uppdrag är utveckla, förbättra och förvalta kategorin genom att driva en lönsam tillväxt inom affärsområdet Telecom vilket inkluderar områden som Mobiltelefoner, Tablets, Wearables och Tillbehör. Du ingår i Category Sales-teamet och rapporterar till Sales Director. Om rollen: I rollen som Category Sales Manager ansvarar du för att maximera försäljning och marginal inom din kategori, bland annat genom att planlägga och prognostisera försäljning och marginal för din kategori, samt att samt genom att implementera den kategori- varumärkes- och sortimentsstrategi som definieras av det centrala kommersiella teamet. Du ansvarar för go to market-strategin för din kategori på Webhallen. Vidare ansvarar du för att kontinuerligt arbeta för att öka lönsamheten för din kategori, bland annat genom att strategiskt integrera de varumärken och produkter på Webhallen som är definierade av det centrala teamet, säkerställa att Webhallen har god tillgång på nyckelvaror samt att arbeta intensivt för att öka försäljningen av tillbehör och andra marginalstarka varor. I din roll kommer du att ha en tät dialog med det centrala kategoriteamet i koncernen och ansvara för att förmedla mål och önskemål gällande affärskrav på omsättning och marginal, samt att identifiera och förmedla möjligheter till vidare utveckling och tillväxt inom ditt affärsområde. Du kommer vidare att samarbeta nära flera andra team inom Webhallen, bland annat operativt inköp, marknad, commercial marketing och retail, samt det centrala teamet i Komplett Group, för att säkerställa att din kategori når de uppsatta försäljningsmålen.
