Welcome to the marketing team team
You’ll be part of a passionate marketing team that sits at the intersection of players, creators, and game development. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with both our community and the creators who shape how games are discovered and shared.
As Community & Influencer Manager, you’ll own our influencer and creator relationships end to end, identifying the right voices, building authentic partnerships, and turning creators into long-term advocates for the game. You’ll also act as the voice of our players internally, ensuring community sentiment and creator feedback directly influence marketing beats, live operations, and product decisions. Your work will have a measurable impact on player growth, engagement, and trust.

Own and execute the global community strategy across Discord, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
Build, moderate, and grow a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged player community.
Plan and run community-driven activations such as tournaments, challenges, and live events.
Develop and manage influencer and creator campaigns, from sourcing to performance tracking.
Translate community sentiment and creator feedback into clear insights for internal teams.
Ideally you have...
Proven experience in community management and/or influencer marketing within games or entertainment.
Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and social platforms, especially Discord and short-form video.
Strong communication skills and the ability to balance player empathy with business goals.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.

About the Employment
The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.

Would you like to work hands-on with game audio, from sound design and implementation to shaping the overall player experience? As a Sound Designer at Snowprint, you’ll take a central role in creating and maintaining the audio identity of the award winning game Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, VFX artists, animators, and producers to create audio that strengthens gameplay, atmosphere, and immersion for players around the world. At Snowprint Studios, we believe that kindness, collaboration, and self-leadership are what make great games possible. Here, you’ll have ownership of your work, close collaboration across disciplines, and the opportunity to influence both day-to-day production and the long-term audio direction of the game. What you’ll be doing You’ll own the day-to-day audio work for Tacticus, from planning and concepting to implementation and final delivery. Your work will include sound effects, voice over, marketing and trailer audio, and potentially music composition depending on your interests and experience. You’ll work hands-on with implementation in Unity and Wwise, making sure audio integrates smoothly into the game and supports gameplay, readability, and immersion. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to plan upcoming content, maintain consistency in the game’s audio identity, and ensure that deliveries align with the overall player experience. As part of a small audio team consisting of you and Eero, our Lead Audio Designer, you’ll have broad responsibility and a high level of ownership. You’ll work closely together across both day-to-day production and longer-term planning, while also coordinating with outsourcing partners when needed and supporting across projects as priorities shift. Is this you? You are an experienced Sound Designer who has been part of shipping at least two games, from conception to launch. You have been part of both planning and delivery. You have professional experience creating and implementing game audio using Wwise and Unity, and you are comfortable working in modern DAWs such as Reaper or similar tools. Experience with mixing, mastering, and voice over production is important, and experience with music composition is a plus. If you yourself have experience with voiceovers/voice acting, that would also be a plus. You understand how audio supports gameplay, pacing, feedback, and immersion, and you enjoy collaborating closely with other disciplines to create cohesive player experiences. Where you’ll work Our Stockholm studio is located in Södermalm, and we work in a hybrid setup. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction, while other days offer flexibility depending on where you work best. Your Mission The Producer for White Wolf makes sure our team has everything they need to make outstanding releases while staying on time, within budget, and at the quality our players expect. This is a production and project management role, not a creative direction one. The craft this role brings to the team is structure; anticipating where work will stall, sequencing it so it doesn't, and keeping internal teams and external partners aligned. You stay steady when timelines compress and bring order without slowing the work down. This role sits at the intersection where creative work, fast-paced schedules, cross-functional relationships, and production tools come together, helping a growing team bring our games of supernatural horror to generations of fans. What We Offer The newly relaunched White Wolf studio is a small, talented, and award-winning group of roleplaying game and IP developers working on the World of Darkness and its associated lines such as Vampire: The Masquerade. This role has the charter of crafting our development processes from the ground up, and driving a highly skilled team to fulfill our ambitious plans set in equal part by serious dedication to the craft, and the commitment to fun, community, and collaboration that underscores our tabletop roleplaying roots. Key Responsibilities Build and run project plans and schedules across multiple releases, tracking progress against milestones and holding projects to their timelines. Run team rituals such as stand-ups, planning sessions, project gates, and milestone reviews, driving action items and decisions to conclusion. Coordinate art commissioning and writing needs with internal leads and external freelancers, giving contributors clear briefs, dependencies, and deadlines. Keep design, editorial, and art aligned, ensuring feedback, approvals, and deliverables flow smoothly across internal and external partners. Coordinate with print and production partners through to manufacturing and release. Own all internal preparation for events and other public-facing developer needs such as dev diaries. Communicate status, risks, and changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements Demonstrable success in a producer or project manager role, coordinating multiple concurrent projects on product teams, ideally with external or freelance pipelines. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. You track every commitment and close every loop. A proven ability to drive schedules and hold timelines under tight constraints. Working familiarity with the creative development process and coordinating how design, writing, and art come together without acting as a creative lead. Solid grasp of resource management, capacity planning, and workflow logic like dependencies, sequencing, and realistic thresholds. Composure and steady communication under deadline pressure. Flexibility, availability, and willingness to travel are essential. Comfortable operating within an established creative direction.
