Consultant Manager – lead the people who close the gap
Location: Sweden, based at either our Stockholm or Uppsala office. The role includes travel between all of our offices.

We're now looking for a Consultant Manager who takes ownership of a group of consultants, their leadership, growth, wellbeing and
assignments. This is a people-first leadership role at the intersection of people and business.
Your mission
You are your consultants' closest manager and their home base at Frontwalker. You make sure they:
thrive, grow and stay
are staffed on the right assignments for their skills
have a leader who is present, even when they work on-site with clients
What you'll do
Lead a group of consultants with full people responsibility — 1:1s, development, salary and work environment
Build engagement, culture and belonging across local and global teams
Secure utilization and the right assignments, working with sales and our global delivery team
Own client, broker and framework-agreement relationships for your consultants, and capture upsell and extensions
Drive recruitment of new consultants in this phase and own onboarding
Keep the administrative side of leadership in good shape — reporting, follow-up and structure

Who you are
You've led people, ideally with people responsibility, in a IT-consulting or tech environment
You're a present, coaching leader who builds trust
- You're tech-savvy and genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping software delivery, enough to understand the business, the
customers and the solutions, coach your consultants and talk credibly with clients (no coding required)
You understand the consulting business — utilization, margin and client delivery
You're as comfortable in a development conversation as in a client dialogue, and you're organized on the administrative side
- A plus: domain knowledge (e.g. life science, finance & insurance, energy, transport & logistics, hospitality) and familiarity
with public procurement and framework agreements
Willing to travel between our offices

your formal role description when needed.
Both fluent in English and Swedish
