Klättermusen is looking for a Field Test Coordinator
Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. The designs combine utility
and extreme durability, always with consideration of the environment in mind. Klättermusen supports and inspire outdoor
enthusiasts through unforgiving weather conditions and unpredictable terrains. Rigorously tested in real-world conditions, the
equipment embodies Klättermusen’s commitment to creating the best and most sustainable equipment available.
Klättermusen is looking for a Copywriter to join our Creative Team in Stockholm on a 8-month maternity cover. Reporting to the
Creative Lead, you will help maintain and execute our brand communication across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and
accuracy in everything we publish.
This role combines storytelling with commercial communication. You will work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams
to communicate our products through fabrics, features, construction, and performance benefits, translating technical information
into clear and engaging copy for e-commerce, social media, CRM, paid media, retail, and wholesale channels.
If you enjoy writing, have an eye for detail, and understand how premium outdoor products are communicated, we'd love to hear from
you.
You will write and adapt copy that supports seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand communication. From product
descriptions and campaign headlines to newsletters, social content, and retail materials, you'll help ensure our communication
remains consistent and aligned across every touchpoint.
Working closely with the Creative Lead and wider marketing team, you'll contribute to campaign execution, support content
production, and help maintain the quality and integrity of the Klättermusen brand voice.

Klättermusen brand to life globally.
Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast. Back in 2009, our CEO Angus saw half-empty vans everywhere and knew there had to be a better way! That's how AnyVan began. He set out to create the world's most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans. Since then we've become the nation's favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year. We are looking for a Growth Specialist to execute alongside our senior leaders and run the projects that matter most to our global expansion. You won’t be boxed into a specific geography, a single channel, or a swim lane. Instead, you operate as an execution fixer: you will deploy wherever the highest-leverage growth opportunities are, working in tandem with marketing, product, sales, and operations to turn hypotheses into real, commercial results. Working closely with our Growth Lead, you will be a vital driver behind our most critical initiatives. We aren't looking for coordinators to manage agency timelines, format status decks, or update ticket backlogs. We need a commercial operator who brings analytical agility, a fierce bias for action, and zero fear of moving fast in the gray area. This is the ultimate blend of sharp execution and directly driving the plot forward early in your career. The core of the role: * Own the Outcome: You are responsible for hitting the targets inside your current project. If a blocker pops up, you don't wait for permission or an instruction manual, you collaborate across teams, find a workaround, and keep moving. * Seek the Paths that Scale: We focus on the chunky things that have a material impact. You’ll help ship experiments fast, read the immediate feedback loops, and help build the foundations for repeatable growth playbooks. * Commercial Focus: We don't live in a world of vanity metrics. Your success will be measured on hard outcomes: volume of users acquired, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and revenue generated. * Using AI vs talking about it: We are an AI-native team. You won't be using it just to tidy up copy or format slides; you will use AI tools creatively from day one to execute execution tasks in minutes that take traditional teams days, maximizing your velocity. What you'll be doing: * Executing critical campaigns: Take ownership of driving specific, high-priority customer segments. Examples could be launching a localized acquisition campaign, building the machine to acquire SMEs, or owning the playbook to rapidly scale student acquisition. * Creating leverage across teams: You won't be siloed in marketing. You’ll work alongside product, sales, and operations to ship experiments, gather feedback, and ensure your growth sprints are delivered smoothly. * Interrogating the data: You will live in the numbers. While we have data experts, you need to be comfortable pulling and manipulating raw performance data yourself to find out why a campaign is or isn't converting. * Moving at pace and taking intelligent risks: You'll build and ship a scrappy V1 of an idea today, look at the data tomorrow, and iterate. You don't stall out waiting for perfect information, you learn by doing it for real. * Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Skills and experience you'll need: * A startup mindset: 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, BizOps, or consulting. Side hustles or personal building projects are a massive plus. * Commercial fluency: You understand the connection between execution and the bottom line. You are highly analytical and comfortable diving deep into a spreadsheet to track campaign economics. * Broad curiosity: You don't want to be pigeonholed as just a copywriter or just a paid social manager. You want exposure across the full stack of growth and commercial levers. * Obsession with speed: You love seeing your work go live immediately. You get genuinely frustrated by slow corporate approval chains and unnecessary red tape. * Act like a founder: Self-motivated, comfortable with pressure, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done, vs a ‘but that’s not my job’ vibe.
