🌍 Business Operations Partner (DACH) Are you looking for an opportunity to combine business operations, data analysis, and commercial support in an international environment? We are looking for a Business Operations Partner to support commercial operations across the DACH region in a dynamic and global organization. 💼 About the Role As a Business Operations Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for maintaining business systems, ensuring high-quality master data, developing reports, and driving continuous improvements across commercial operations. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate customer master data within the ERP system. Support local pricing updates in line with commercial policies. Prepare ERP-based reports and reconcile sales and order data. Collaborate with Customer Service and Finance to resolve operational issues throughout the order-to-cash process. Act as the local point of contact for ERP-related questions and coordinate system issue escalations. Serve as the local CRM Super User and provide first-line support to commercial teams. Support user onboarding, training, and CRM troubleshooting. Ensure high data quality and contribute to continuous process improvements. Develop dashboards and reports to support Sales and Marketing. Analyze sales performance, customer activity, and commercial KPIs. Support forecasting and business performance tracking. Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving commercial tools and business processes. ✅ We Are Looking For Someone Who Has approximately 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Support, or Data Administration. Has hands-on experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Has strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Has experience with reporting and data analysis. Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Has a solid understanding of commercial processes such as pricing, order management, and customer master data. Thrives in an international, cross-functional environment. What we're looking for 2+ years in fraud operations, payment risk, trust and safety investigations, or a similar support role at a consumer or SaaS platform. Experience with handling complex trust and safety cases, policies and resolving disputes requiring communication with customers, platforms and authorities. Clear writer. Your case notes and customer updates are clear, accurate and easy-to-read. Calm under pressure during incidents and disputes, and pragmatic about false positives vs. user friction. What you'll do Conduct end-to-end investigations of suspected safety incidents and platform ToS violations and determine appropriate enforcement actions. Manage customer interactions for safety related reports. Analyze harmful behaviour, emerging abuse patterns and threat landscape to improve detection systems and inform harm prevention strategies. Tune and propose new rules, signals, and features for our Trust & Safety detection systems. Run root-cause analyses on safety incidents and help integrate learnings back into product, risk, and engineering roadmaps. Build dashboards and alerting that make abuse trends visible and actionable, minimizing the potential for bad actors to misuse the platform. Work with the leadership of Trust & Safety, Support, and Legal on edge cases and policy changes. Use AI tooling and agents to enhance abuse detections, response and prevention proactively. Design, architect, implement, and integrate complex infrastructure components and enterprise‑grade platforms (compute, storage, network, virtualization, cloud, security, automation, monitoring). Ensure all infrastructure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and supportable, meeting performance and availability requirements. Apply extensive product, platform, and technology expertise to influence the direction and evolution of infrastructure solutions, toolchains, and operational models. Conduct deep technical reviews (architecture, configuration, automation scripts, performance tuning) and provide recommendations to improve reliability, operability, and automation. Serve as a technology expert with independent ownership of complex systems, environments, and technical decision-making. Provide deep technical guidance across functional and non-functional areas including performance engineering, capacity planning, HA/DR, monitoring, observability, and security compliance. Maintain strong understanding of business and operational context to ensure infrastructure designs align with service commitments, SLAs, cost efficiency, and customer needs. Supply operations, support, and engineering teams with clear technical insights, requirements, and direction, ensuring smooth delivery and stable operations. Address complex, high‑impact infrastructure challenges— performance bottlenecks, architectural gaps—and deliver solutions that create significant value for the organization. Bachelor / B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology or equivalent. Strong experience in Infra-Digital installing C1D1, Dynamics environments, on cloud. Strong customer management skills, leading and driving architectural discussion with Customer.
