Som Customer Success Agent är du den första kontaktpunkten för våra kunder via telefon och mejl. Du hanterar inkommande samtal från främst nya, men även befintliga kunder samt personer som vill veta mer om våra tjänster.
Rollen är en kombination av kundservice och rådgivande försäljning. Du hjälper kunder med allt från frågor om våra tjänster och pågående ärenden till att vägleda dem mot rätt lösning. När behovet gäller våra engångstjänster ansvarar du för hela affären, medan förfrågningar om återkommande tjänster lämnas vidare till våra säljare.
Utöver kunddialogen arbetar du administrativt med att registrera ärenden, skapa ordrar och säkerställa att varje kund får en smidig upplevelse från första kontakt till avslutat ärende. Du arbetar dagligen i våra system och har ett nära samarbete med kollegor inom både försäljning och övriga verksamheten.
Kort sagt – du får en varierad roll där ingen dag är den andra lik och där du varje dag gör skillnad för våra kunder. Idag består teamet av tre Customer Success Agents och nu söker vi en fjärde kollega som vill vara med och utveckla vårt erbjudande och leverera service i världsklass.
Du trivs i ett högt tempo och motiveras av att hjälpa människor. Du har ett genuint servicefokus, är lösningsorienterad och känner dig trygg i att möta kunder i olika situationer. Samtidigt ser du möjligheter att ge råd och rekommendera rätt tjänst när det passar kundens behov.
Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att skapa förtroende. Du är strukturerad, har god administrativ förmåga och gillar att samarbeta med andra för att hitta de bästa lösningarna.
Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice, kundsupport eller annan kundnära roll
God vana av att arbeta via telefon och mejl
God administrativ förmåga och är bekväm med att arbeta i flera system samtidigt
Grundläggande förståelse för försäljning och trivs med rådgivande kunddialoger
Obehindrade kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift
Grundläggande erfarenhet av att arbeta inom CRM-system
