Your mission? Deliver exceptional support, solve real problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.
💬 Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), email, and occasionally by phone
🧩 Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases
📢 Gather and share customer feedback with our product team

Your responsibilities: Credit Application Processing: * Review and evaluate incoming credit applications using our internal tools. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation. * Follow internal guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the process. System & Process Feedback: * Identify recurring issues, system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points. * Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads. * Track anomalies and escalate issues with clear summaries (steps to reproduce, expected/actual outcomes, screenshots, etc.).
