Nu söker vi en regionchef till Road & Rail med ansvar för cirka 220 medarbetare som främst är lokaliserade i Stockholmsområdet. Som regionchef får du leda engagerade team, driva affären framåt och bidra till att skapa hållbara samhällen – på riktigt.
Du har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla både verksamhet och människor. Du leder genom andra chefer och ingår i ledningsgruppen för Road & Rail Sweden.

Du är en trygg och tydlig ledare med lång erfarenhet inom samhällsbyggnad och infrastruktur som konsult, beställare eller entreprenör. Du har erfarenhet att leda genom andra chefer och trivs i en roll där du kombinerar affär, utveckling och ledarskap. Att leda en konsultverksamhet kräver förmåga att förena affärssinne med omtanke. Du förstår hur man skapar lönsamhet i projekt, samtidigt som du bygger en kultur där människor vill bidra och utvecklas.

Job Description Rambøll is establishing a new global department, Project Management & Delivery (PMD), to lead the delivery of our largest and most complex infrastructure projects worldwide. This strategic initiative strengthens how we develop proposals, govern projects, and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across the organization. The PMD sets the standard for delivery excellence by establishing robust governance, common ways of working, capability development, and knowledge sharing. The department plays a critical role in improving predictability, efficiency, and client satisfaction while enabling sustainable growth. We are hiring Project Directors to lead the design efforts in major infrastructure projects of high complexity, scale, and visibility. Your new role As a Project Director, you will be part of the PMD department and actively contribute to shaping the department’s direction, culture, and capabilities. You will work in close collaboration with Rambøll’s service lines and the PMD team comprising design managers, project managers, commercial managers, requirements managers, planners, interface managers, document controllers, and digital delivery specialists. The PMD operates across borders and business units, and you will play a key role in delivering projects and proposals in an international, collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will be: Define and execute delivery strategies for mega and large-scale infrastructure projects, balancing cost, schedule, risk, quality, sustainability, and innovation. Provide overall project leadership across project management, design and commercial from early planning and concept development through to successful delivery and handover. Lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, positioning Rambøll as a preferred partner for complex infrastructure solutions. Lead major project pursuits and proposals, including bid strategy, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and executive-level client engagement. Collaborate closely with international colleagues and lead cross-border projects, ensuring effective teamwork, inclusion, and knowledge sharing across geographies. Area Manager As Area Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director, and you will assume responsibility to execute the area scope from execution to hand over to operation. Your main responsibilities include to deliver the project safely, on time and budget by driving key contracts and coordinating resources across the internal team as well as with our partners. You will report status and escalations of the project directly into the management team and other stakeholders (such as Board) as necessary.In addition to delivering the Boden project, you will develop Stegra’s ability to execute projects in a way that competes on a global scale. You will be seen as an expert in project delivery within your area and will develop your cross-functional team accordingly. You work in a matrix structure in close cooperation with Site Execution, Project Control and Engineering to optimize delivery. The role is based in Boden, Sweden, with regular travel to various project, contractor, and fabrication sites as required. Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate EPCM partners, OEMs, and contractors to ensure aligned execution Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and industry best practices Develop and execute area strategies, work packages, and procurement plans in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Managers Manage area budgets, forecasts, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple work packages Oversee area schedules and remove execution constraints through structured lookahead planning Monitor performance, risks, productivity, and project controls data to support informed decision-making Qualifications Minimum 15 years industry experience, of which at least 10 years with hands-on project leadership experience in demanding industrial environment (e.g. Steel, Oil & gas, semiconductor, automotive, battery manufacturing) Engineering degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar) or similar is required Fluency in English Track record as project manager driving complex projects, covering both planning/designing phase as well as execution phase Experience working on an owner’s team is a plus Experience working in multi-cultural environment is a plus

We are now looking for an Area Director The Meta Area focuses on the systems that frame, support, and deepen the player experience. This includes progression, systems design, narrative structures, UI and UX, and other meta layers that shape long term engagement and player value across the game. As an Area Director, you will lead cross discipline work across multiple feature teams. You will work closely with an Area Producer and the Team Owners within your Area, providing high level vision, direction, and goals while ensuring teams are set up to deliver their best work. This role is suited for someone with strong experience as a Senior or Expert in Game Design, Systems Design, Narrative Design, and or UI or UX design. Experience with monetization, backend systems, or board or roleplaying game design is a strong bonus. What you'll do: Uphold the vision for the Meta Area by providing a clear and widely understood road ahead.
