Din nya roll  Nu söker vi en Events Marketing Specialist till ett internationellt ledande bolag inom finansinfrastruktur – i en roll där strategi, kreativitet och genomförandekraft möts i ett högt tempo. Som Events Marketing Specialist blir du navet i planering och genomförande av ett brett spektrum av sponsrade och egna event i Norden – allt från webbinarier och seminarier till större konferenser, mässor och exklusiva kundevent. Du ansvarar för att skapa helhetsupplevelser som stärker varumärket, driver engagemang och genererar konkreta affärsresultat. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande och datadriven uppföljning. Du blir en del av ett europeiskt marknadsteam och arbetar nära både interna experter och externa samarbetspartners i en internationell och dynamisk miljö. I denna roll kommer du bland annat att: Planera, koordinera och genomföra sponsrade och egna event i Norden (webbinarier, seminarier, konferenser, mässor och kundevent) Driva integrerade eventkampanjer i digitala kanaler såsom e-post, sociala medier, webb och digital annonsering Ansvara för projektplaner, budget, tidslinjer och leveranser – med fokus på kvalitet, tempo och kostnadseffektivitet Följa upp och analysera event-KPI:er och ROI med hjälp av CRM- och analysverktyg samt omvandla insikter till förbättringsförslag Samarbeta tätt med sälj, produkt, content och kommunikation kring positionering, budskap och målgruppsanpassat innehåll Hantera externa samarbeten med arrangörer, partners, talare, lokaler och medier Säkerställa att all eventkommunikation följer varumärkesriktlinjer och interna processer Driva kontinuerlig utveckling av eventprocesser, verktyg och kampanjresultat Bra att känna till Uppdragets omfattning: Heltid, 100% Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning som konsult via JobBusters. För att bli framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du Akademisk examen inom marknadsföring, företagsekonomi, projektledning eller motsvarande. Minst 3 års erfarenhet av eventmarknadsföring, gärna från finans-, tech- eller annan komplex matrisorganisation. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att planera och genomföra framgångsrika event med uppnådda eller överträffade KPI:er. Mycket god projektledningsförmåga och vana att hantera flera parallella initiativ. God kunskap i Microsoft Office, CRM-system och eventplattformar (erfarenhet av Salesforce, Monday.com och Bizzabo är meriterande). Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
