En familj på Ljusterö söker nu en erfaren, självgående och lösningsorienterad Hushållsassistent som vill hjälpa till att skapa struktur och avlasta i vardagen. Familjen befinner sig i en intensiv fas och söker därför en person som kan ta ett helhetsansvar för hushållets logistik och bli en långsiktig del av familjens vardag.
Tjänsten är flexibel, familjen hade tänkt sig 2-3 dagar per vecka men både arbetstider och antal dagar kan anpassas efter rätt person. Familjen är öppen för förslag och ser gärna att ni tillsammans hittar ett upplägg som fungerar långsiktigt.
De vill främst ha hjälp med hushållet, men ibland kan hämta barn på förskola bli aktuellt. Förskolan ligger i Åkersberga, vilket innebär cirka 1,5 timmes restid tur och retur från hemmet på Ljusterö.

A family living in Ljusterö is looking for an experienced, proactive, and solution-oriented Housekeeper to help create structure and provide support in their daily life. The family is currently in a very busy phase of life and is looking for someone who can take overall responsibility for the household logistics and become a long-term part of their home.
The position is flexible, the family wants someone 2-3 times per week but both the working hours and the number of days can be adapted to suit the right candidate. The family is open to suggestions and would like to find a long-term arrangement together.
Their main priority is household support, although occasional preschool pick-ups may also be required. The preschool is located in Åkersberga, approximately a 1.5-hour round trip from the family’s home on Ljusterö.
Laundry, folding, and organizing clothing
General housekeeping and maintaining a tidy home
Daily organizing and keeping the home in order
Meal preparation and cooking
Grocery shopping and household errands as needed
Managing household organization and practical tasks
Occasionally picking up the children from preschool in Åkersberga
Has previous experience working in private households
Is self-motivated, organized, and able to take initiative
Enjoys cooking and creating a well-organized home
Is flexible and solution-oriented
Has excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Holds a valid driver’s license (Category B) and has access to a car (required due to the location)
