YOUR MISSION AT VOI Fleet Inventory Manager at Voi, you will guide and optimise the vehicle inventory lifecycle across markets, helping us make thoughtful, data-informed decisions that balance operational needs and financial targets.
You take overall responsibility for inventory governance and fleet allocation, building visibility, reliable forecasting and robust processes, and coordinating the Vehicle Allocation Council (VAC) together with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Hardware and Data.
Oversee the end-to-end vehicle inventory lifecycle, including tracking, reconciliation and status governance (in use, in storage, under repair or refurbishment) across all markets.
Define and maintain vehicle inventory principles, KPIs and governance structures, acting as a trusted source of truth for inventory data together with Finance and Data.
Lead vehicle inventory forecasting and scenario planning for new, refurbished and existing vehicles, including churn rates, and translate insights into clear, collaborative allocation and rollout plans.
Identify root causes of inventory inefficiencies, mismatches or losses and partner with markets and functions to design and implement sustainable improvements.
Plan and coordinate logistics flows to and from refurbishment, ensuring efficiency, transparency and good capacity utilisation, and act as the main operational link between markets and refurbishment sites.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You bring a structured, analytical and hands-on approach, enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, and feel comfortable taking responsibility for topics end-to-end while seeking input and feedback along the way.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
4+ years’ experience in consulting, analytics, operations or supply chain roles, working with large datasets.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL experience strongly preferred.
Experience building forecasts, scenarios and decision material used by senior stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional initiatives in complex organisations.
Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an Engineering Manager at Voi, you will lead and support two small cross‑functional product teams – Fleet Care and Fleet Management – together responsible for the software that powers our fleet operations. This includes apps used both on the streets and in our warehouses, powered by complex optimisation algorithms and machine learning. You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with Product and other R&D leaders to ensure high‑quality delivery while fostering a positive, empowering and collaborative team culture. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical depth with people leadership and have a tangible impact on the micromobility industry. Lead and support the Fleet Care and Fleet Management engineering teams, developing our apps and tools that keep our fleet of vehicles running smoothly. Partner with Product to define roadmaps, set goals and drive high‑quality delivery, balancing short‑term operational needs, continuous learning and iteration, and long‑term technical vision. Champion engineering excellence by guiding architectural decisions, fostering good development practices and promoting continuous improvement to maintain a sustainably rapid delivery pace in a complex business environment. Drive and facilitate a shift of our core data models and software architecture in the operations area. Coach and develop engineers, supporting their growth through feedback, mentorship and clear expectations. Drive cross‑team initiatives and shared technical efforts across our broader R&D organisation. Actively foster and improve AI‑assisted development methods and tooling within the team and across the R&D organisation. Contribute to a well‑functioning and collaborative engineering culture aligned with Voi’s company values, and be a driver for diversity, inclusion and psychological safety within your teams. Ability to engage in technical discussions, understand trade‑offs and guide technical decisions together with your team. About the role: Volumental’s in-store product is where our technology meets the real world, on the retail floor, in front of real shoppers. The Experience team is responsible for the full interaction: how clerks guide shoppers, how shoppers scan themselves, and how fit recommendations are delivered in seconds. This is where our machine learning and data need to come together--fast, reliably, and in a way people trust. As Senior Product Manager (AI Builder), you’ll own a key part of this experience. You’ll work directly with stores, observe real behavior, and continuously improve how scanning, guidance, and recommendations come together in a live retail environment. You’ll operate in an AI-native way, moving quickly from insight to prototype to decision, while ensuring the intelligence behind the product translates into a simple, intuitive experience for users. What will you do : Lead in-store discovery with shoppers and retail staff to understand real behavior. Take end-to-end responsibility for the experience across clerk-led and self-service flows. Improve speed, clarity, and trust in the scanning and recommendation experience. Prototype collaboratively and iteratively using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, v0.dev) to explore, validate, and refine ideas before committing engineering resources. Translate complex fit data and machine learning outputs into intuitive user experiences. Work closely with the commercial team and retail partners to ensure real-world impact. Contribute to and thoughtfully shape product strategy with an evidence-informed perspective. Navigate trade-offs thoughtfully, balancing usability, performance, and scalability. Identify friction points and opportunities across the in-store journey. Communicate openly on plans, progress, and decisions. Travel up to 4 times per year as needed.
