ABOUT US Netigate is a leading European Experience Management (XM) company, helping organizations turn insights into growth by understanding and acting on the experiences of their customers and employees. Headquartered in Stockholm with offices across Europe in Helsinki, Frankfurt and Rotterdam, Netigate serves more than 1,500 clients globally, including Erste Group, KLM/Air France and Apoteket. We are ~130 employees across the Nordic countries in Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm and in the rest of Europe in Frankfurt, Berlin, Rotterdam, London and Paris. Following the recent merger with the Dutch digital experience platform Mopinion, Netigate now delivers a unique end-to-end platform for experience management - covering every touchpoint across web, mobile, and employee journeys. YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE As a Go-to-Market Engineer you will build the systems that turn buyer intent into pipeline. Our revenue teams are evolving how we generate, qualify, and convert opportunities - and the technical setup needs to move just as fast. That means strong Salesforce architecture, clean data flows, smart automation, AI-powered workflows, and reliable integrations across the go-to-market stack. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and the Growth Management team, the mission is to identify friction across the funnel and engineer it away. Salesforce is being restructured to support more advanced automation and AI use cases. This role will help land that foundation, keep it scalable, and build the systems that allow our teams to act faster, smarter, and with less manual effort. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with 2–3 days per week in the office. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and continuously improve the technical foundation behind Netigate’s go-to-market engine, with Salesforce at the centre of the revenue tech stack. * Shape Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, validation rules, deduplication logic, and automation standards that can scale with the business. * Support the ongoing Salesforce restructuring and turn it into a reliable base for AI, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales execution. * Create lead detection, scoring, routing, and qualification systems that help sales teams respond to high-intent leads faster. * Automate the path from buyer signal to sales action, ensuring the right lead reaches the right person at the right moment. * Build enrichment workflows that transform raw contact, company, and account data into actionable sales intelligence. * Connect buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, product usage, company news, and account activity to automated go-to-market workflows. * Design and operate AI workflows and agents for qualification, account research, outbound, follow-up, and pipeline generation. * Integrate tools across the revenue stack using APIs, SQL, automation platforms, and light coding. * Monitor automation performance, build error handling into workflows, and remove systems that no longer create measurable value. * Stay close to emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology to continuously improve how Netigate generates and converts pipeline. YOUR PROFILE * Experience building go-to-market, revenue operations, growth, or sales automation systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. * Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience designing data models, automations, integrations, and scalable revenue architecture. * Strong understanding of what a clean, reliable, and future-proof Salesforce setup needs to look like. * Practical experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including Claude, Claude Code, or comparable platforms. * Familiarity with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tools such as Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar solutions. * Confident working with SQL and able to connect systems through APIs. * Coding ability in Python, Node.js, or a similar language, with the confidence to build integrations and automate processes independently. * Strong understanding of how data moves between systems and how revenue teams use that data to prioritize action. * Track record of building systems that improved speed, conversion, data quality, pipeline generation, or sales productivity. * Ability to translate operational friction into technical solutions and move from idea to implementation quickly. Nice to have: * Experience building AI agents or LLM workflows for lead scoring, account research, qualification, signal extraction, or outbound automation. * Knowledge of cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox setup, and sequencer configuration. * Background in vertical SaaS, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments. * Experience supporting go-to-market teams across multiple European markets or product lines. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * A scaling international company with a strong AI first focus agenda. * An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated. * An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company. * No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table. Creativity and impact are what matter most. * We believe in celebrating our achievements. Wether it's a summer festival or New Year party: we make sure to enjoy our successes and build strong team connections. OUR CULTURE At the heart of Netigate lies the NetiMaker mindset - our foundation for how we work and grow together. Being a NetiMaker means taking ownership, staying curious, holding ourselves accountable, and driving progress with purpose. We believe that a great employee experience is the foundation of a great customer experience - and this belief shapes everything we do. At Netigate, we pride ourselves on our collaborative, imaginative, and learning-focused culture. We believe in the collective strength of diverse perspectives - the power of WE. Together, we create an atmosphere where fresh ideas are shared, challenges are embraced, and individual growth is encouraged. We encourage all applicants to consider submitting an anonymous CV as part of our commitment to fostering a non-discriminatory and inclusive recruitment process. In line with this, we aim to ensure transparency around compensation and will share indicative salary ranges during the initial conversation.
ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role Legora's TA function is entering its next chapter. In Europe that means new offices in Madrid, Paris, and Milan opening now, with more markets to follow. Hiring the sales and GTM talent to build those teams, across multiple languages, cultures, and talent pools simultaneously, is one of the most complex recruiting challenges in the business right now. Based in Stockholm or London, you'll lead GTM recruiting across Europe, managing a team of GTM Talent Partners and working closely with the European revenue leadership as Legora builds out its continental presence. You'll report to the Director of GTM Recruiting and be accountable for the quality, pace, and consistency of sales and GTM hiring across the region. The revenue leaders you'll partner with are collaborative, humble, and genuinely invested in recruiting. They show up, they prioritise it, and they make the process work. What You'll Do * Lead and develop a team of GTM Talent Partners in Europe, setting the standard for how European sales and GTM hiring gets done and building the capacity to keep pace with a market expansion that is accelerating. * Own the relationship with European GTM leadership as a genuine hiring partner, contributing to role scoping, success profiles, and hiring strategy across multiple markets rather than waiting to be handed a brief. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across European GTM roles, staying ahead of demand as Legora enters new markets and scales existing ones simultaneously. Stockholm, London, Madrid, Paris, Munich and Milan are all active or imminent. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that maintain a consistently high bar across pace and quality, giving revenue leaders a clear picture of where searches stand across every market. * Hold the standard for candidate experience across your team, from first conversation through to offer, making sure every interaction reflects the quality of the product and the people behind it. * Partner closely with the Director of GTM Recruiting and the broader TA team on language requirements, market-specific sourcing strategies, and process consistency as the European footprint grows. What You Bring You've managed GTM recruiting across multiple European markets at a company where the sales bar was high and the expansion plan kept changing. You understand how hiring norms, candidate expectations, and talent density differ across the Nordics, DACH, and Southern Europe, and you build your approach accordingly. We're looking for: * Meaningful experience managing GTM or sales recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company. You've led a team, developed individual contributors, and been accountable for outcomes rather than just activity. * A genuine understanding of the European GTM talent landscape across multiple markets. You know what strong looks like for a sales hire in Stockholm, Madrid, Munich, Milan and Paris, and you hold the same bar across all of them. * The depth to hold credible conversations with revenue leaders about what strong looks like at each level. You understand the difference between a good CV and a good GTM hire, and you don't lower the bar when searches get difficult in new markets. * Experience hiring across several European markets, ideally including some combination of the Nordics, DACH, and Southern Europe. Language skills beyond English are a strong plus. * A structured, data-driven approach to running searches. You track the right things, use pipeline data to make decisions, and keep hiring managers informed without being chased. * A hiring bar that doesn't move under pressure. When searches get hard in a new market, you change the approach, not the standard.
