About the Role
MAX Burgers are looking for a HRIS Specialist with hands-on Workday experience to join our HR Support & Digitalization team. In this role, you will optimize and continuously improve our Workday platform, ensuring it supports both business needs and great employee experience.
At MAX, Workday is used across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, where we currently use HCM Core, Talent and Compensation, and we have plans to implement the platform in additional markets in the coming years. This means you'll have the opportunity to contribute not only to day-to-day operations but also to exciting projects that shape the future of HR technology at MAX.
You will be part of our HR Support & Digitalization team and work closely with our Business Owner, Product Owner, HR Systems Administrators, and key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday business processes and security
Support releases, testing and system enhancements
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders
Collaborate and coordinate activities with our AMS partner
Ensure high-quality and secure HR data
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and turning them into practical and scalable solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday
Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security
A solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures
Experience supporting testing activities, maintaining data quality, and driving continuous improvement
You are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. You are an excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way, whether you are supporting end users, gathering requirements, or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.

About the Process
This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm, with a six-month probationary period and a preferred start date as soon as possible.
