Vårt kontor ligger i Stockholm, där du möts av moderna lokaler och en vardag som kombinerar struktur, service och teknisk problemlösning - resor till våra cirka 25 kontor runt om i landet ingår som en naturlig del av vardagen, ibland även en uppskattad avstickare till våra kollegor i Finland.
I rollen blir du ett viktigt ansikte utåt för IT - du arbetar både operativt i 1st line och deltar i förbättringsinitiativ samt leder mindre projekt inom avdelningen. Du ger remote support till våra kontor runt om i Sverige och säkerställer att medarbetarna har en stabil, säker och välfungerande IT-miljö.

Hantering av 1st line‑ärenden via ticketingsystem, fjärrsupport och onsite
Felsökning av klienter, nätverk, skrivare och applikationer

Vi söker dig som trivs i en operativ och händelsestyrd roll där service och tekniskt ansvar möts. Du är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och kommunikativ, med förmåga att skapa struktur även när mycket händer samtidigt. Du tar ansvar och driver ärenden till avslut, samtidigt som du är nyfiken på att utvecklas tekniskt över tid och säkerställa att kollegorna har en fungerande IT‑miljö i vardagen.

2–3 års erfarenhet av IT‑support i professionell miljö
Erfarenhet av Microsoft 365 och Entra ID
Grundläggande erfarenhet av Intune och modern klienthantering
Vana av att arbeta i ticketingsystem
Grundläggande förståelse för nätverk och felsökning (LAN/WiFi, IP/DNS/DHCP)
Flytande svenska och god engelska, i både tal och skrift.

What You’ll Do • Provide first-line support for day-to-day issues (hardware, software, access, connectivity) • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets; escalate when needed and follow through to closure • Onboard/offboard team members (device setup, accounts, permissions, security basics) • Maintain IT inventory and lifecycle management (procurement, replacements, repairs, asset tracking) • Support common workplace systems (e.g., identity/access, collaboration tools, endpoint management) • Document fixes and improve internal IT guides to reduce repeat issues Who You Are • Experience in IT support / helpdesk in a modern SaaS-first environment • Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS/Windows, basic networking, and common productivity tools • Hands-on expertise across identity (Okta / Entra / Google Workspace) • Endpoint management (Jamf / Intune / Kandji) • Networking basics, and the SaaS admin stack • Comfortable handling identity and access management tasks with care and attention to detail • Clear, patient communicator who can support a wide range of technical confidence levels • Organized and dependable, with a bias toward resolving issues efficiently and securely Strong English is a must have, Swedish is good to have. HW Systems Engineering As a HW Systems Engineer, you may be part of a subsystem team responsible for developing core components of advanced technical systems. Your focus will be systems engineering activities related to hardware integration, testing, verification and qualification. You will work closely with design, test and system stakeholders, ensuring that insights from prototype testing and integration activities are fed back into design decisions, system requirements and verification plans. Test & Lab Infrastructure Engineering As a Test & Lab Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a central role in enabling system integration and verification of complex technical solutions by establishing, developing and maintaining modern test environments and lab infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that development, integration and verification activities can be carried out efficiently, structurally and with high quality. Typical responsibilities may include: Establishing, developing and maintaining lab environments and reference systems Designing and implementing modular test solutions, integration rigs and test equipment Supporting planning, preparation and execution of system integration and verification activities Contributing to integration, verification and validation strategies Ensuring strong configuration management, structure and traceability in test environments Participating in integration, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving when needed Developing methods, ways of working and technical solutions within test and verification Collaborating with development teams, delivery projects and other technical functions Your Profile We are looking for driven, structured and technically strong engineers who enjoy working in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You are comfortable combining strategic systems thinking with practical, hands-on engineering work. You may have experience from defence, aerospace, rail, radio communications, med-tech, telecom, automotive, industrial systems or other sectors with high demands on robustness, reliability, traceability and quality.
