Are you analytically minded with a genuine passion for AI? This is your chance to be part of a team at the heart of NOBA's AI transformation - where your work directly shapes how we work smarter and deliver better experiences for both employees and customers. We are the AI Business Development & Analysis team within Customer Operations at NOBA - the banking group behind Nordax, Bank Norwegian, DBT Capital and Svensk Hypotekspension. Our mission is to drive AI transformation end-to-end: identifying opportunities, building business cases, implementing solutions, measuring impact, and growing AI capability across the organization. When challenges or opportunities arise in Customer Operations, we analyze data and patterns, identify where AI can make a real difference, and build business cases for prioritization. We then work with departments and stakeholders to ensure the right solutions get developed, implemented, and followed up. Our work follows an AI Innovation Funnel - from discovery and assessment, through proof of concept and MVP, to follow-up and scaling. You will contribute across these stages. About the role This is a hands-on junior role where analytical thinking meets AI business development. You will contribute to real initiatives, uncover insights from data, and help ensure our AI solutions actually deliver value - from early discovery all the way to scaling. You will: * Support the development and implementation of AI initiatives across Customer Operations * Analyze data, processes, and trends to evaluate the performance and impact of our AI developments * Build business cases for AI opportunities and work with stakeholders across the whole organization * Track and report on live AI solutions, ensuring they deliver expected results * Contribute to AI knowledge sharing and support our network of AI Champions * Bridge the gap between the team and operational departments, translating challenges into AI opportunities Who we're looking for: You communicate complex things clearly, enjoy working analytically, and have a genuine curiosity about - ideally some hands-on experience with - generative AI. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take ownership of what you start. We welcome recent graduates and those with a year or two of relevant experience. Beyond this, we're looking for someone who: * Is fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English, written and spoken * Has solid working knowledge of Excel and/or analytics tools such as Databricks or Power BI * Has a strong understanding of generative AI, ideally with practical experience using it independently * Holds a relevant degree with exposure to statistics or analysis - e.g. economics, data science, or business administration Meriting: * Experience from financial services (consumer lending, mortgages, or collections) * Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau or hands-on experience building workflows with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) * Experience with project work or operational development Have you heard of NOBAVERSE?
