About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The role
World-class legal AI is built on world-class legal data, and getting that right is one of the most critical and complex challenges at Legora.
Every jurisdiction holds billions of pages of critical legal text scattered across hundreds of sources: statutes, case law, regulatory guidance, secondary materials, and more. Only about 3% is publicly accessible on the web. The rest is buried across courts, agencies, and archives. Getting this right doesn't just improve a product feature — it shapes how lawyers around the world navigate legal information for the next several decades.
As a Legal Analyst at Legora, you will work at the heart of this challenge from day one. You'll contribute to mapping the legal source ecosystem, learn how we prioritize what we go after, and quickly take on real responsibility as you grow into the role. Few positions offer a more direct line to Legora's ability to navigate the law correctly — or a steeper learning curve.
What you will be doing
Contribute to building the best AI-native legal research product in the world, fueled by high-coverage, high-quality legal data
Work closely with product lawyers and engineers to shape the legal data layer for the age of AI
Map out the legal data landscape across key jurisdictions; learn how statutes, case law, secondary sources, and regulatory content interrelate, and build a clear picture of what exists, where it lives, and how it connects
Conduct deep dives into individual sources, assess available material, document types, commercial value, and the legal preconditions for data acquisition
Prioritize data acquisition based on client demand, user value, and Legora's broader data coverage strategy
Who you are
A newly graduated lawyer with a strong academic background and a sharp eye for detail
You are excited about what AI is doing to the legal industry — and eager to be close to that shift from the very beginning
Someone who finds legal source theory and jurisdictional complexity interesting, not intimidating — the kind of lawyer who has always enjoyed going deeper
You are thorough and precise, with a natural attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the answer isn't always obvious
What's in it for you
The legal data infrastructure you help build will be what lawyers across the world use to navigate law for decades to come
Real responsibility from day one, with a clear path to growing into a senior role as Legora scales
Career development opportunities at one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment. About Us Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way. Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality. Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design. When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place. We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? What you’ll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across practice groups. Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of firm relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new associates and partners, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across global law firms. Be the voice of law firm users inside Legora - sharing insights from M&A teams, litigation departments, and other practice groups that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a single practice group or rolling out firm-wide. Documenting best practices from leading firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping law firms navigate one of the biggest shifts in how legal services are delivered - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas, from corporate to disputes. What you bring You come from the world of Big Law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained and practised at a top-tier law firm, experiencing first-hand the pressures of billable hours, client demands, and operational inefficiencies. Perhaps you've moved into legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech within a firm. Maybe you've even left private practice to disrupt the status quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you know how law firms think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier law firm - ideally across multiple practice areas or with exposure to firm-wide initiatives. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from senior partners to graduate trainees, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining due diligence, contract review, or legal research. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple firm relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Understand the commercial realities of law firm life: billing pressures, client expectations, competitive positioning, and the delicate balance between innovation and risk management. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
