Vi befinner oss i en spännande tillväxtfas där vi kontinuerligt skruvar på våra processer för att maximera effektiviteten och
skapa en ännu bättre kundupplevelse inom bolånet. Som en del av denna tillväxt anställer vi nu en gruppchef för bolånet. I rollen
kommer du att ha personalansvar för bolånegruppen som består av 9 engagerade medarbetare. Gruppen är en del av Kreditavdelningen,
som består av totalt 17 personer. Du rapporterar till Kreditchefen och blir en nyckelperson inom Avanzas Operations-område.
Vad du kommer att göra
I den här rollen har du ena foten i det strategiska ledarskapet och den andra i den dagliga driften inom kreditprocessen för
våra Private Banking-kunder.

Description This Manager is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day secondary market activities and leading a team that supports the sale, delivery, and management of mortgage loans. This role ensures execution aligns with investor requirements, market conditions, and organizational goals while maintaining strong investor relationships and reliable operational performance.
