Operations Project Manager (OPM) sökes
Vi söker dig som idag troligen arbetar som restaurangchef eller i en liknande roll och är redo att ta nästa steg. Det här är en central position för dig som vill arbeta bredare, mer strategiskt och samtidigt behålla kopplingen till verksamheten.Rollen omfattar ansvar för HR, controlling och facility management, i kombination med ett nära samarbete med VD och ledning där du driver och stöttar både löpande arbete och projekt.
Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med ansvar, tempo och variation. En person med många hattar, som rör sig naturligt mellan operativt stöd, projektledning och övergripande struktur.
Du blir en del av huvudkontoret men arbetar över hela koncernen, med insyn och påverkan i stora delar av verksamheten.
Som Operations Project Manager ansvarar du för att driva, implementera och följa upp processer kopplade till verksamheten. Rollen passar dig som trivs med att arbeta inom tydliga ramar, processer och uppsatta arbetssätt, och som ser värdet i struktur som ett verktyg för kvalitet och utveckling.
Du arbetar nära VD och ledningsgrupp, stöttar i löpande arbete och utvecklingsprojekt.
Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar över flera centrala områden:
Huvudansvar för rekrytering och övrigt HR-arbete
Uppföljning av företagets resultat, nyckeltal och controlling
Leverantörskontakter samt upphandlingar
Ansvar för och uppföljning av facility management
Personalledning genom processer och uppföljning
Stöd i den dagliga driften vid behov, exempelvis service under lunchen eller speciella event.
Du fungerar som en sammanhållande kraft i organisationen där du säkerställer struktur, kvalitet och framdrift i flera parallella områden.

Who You Are Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 15 years of project management experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain. Strong expertise in packaging logistics and supply chain operations. Proven success leading complex international cross-functional projects. Experience in business transformation and logistics network optimization. Automotive industry and global operations experience are advantageous. Fluent English; Swedish and/or German are a plus. NCC Green Industry Transformation – Project in Gällivare Sweden is facing a historic transformation as industry shifts toward a more sustainable future. In northern Sweden, some of the largest industrial investments of modern times are currently underway, and we are now looking for a Steel Site Manager who wants to play a key role in one of our complex projects. In close collaboration with LKAB, NCC is delivering one of the region’s most significant projects: the construction of the new beneficiation plant in Vitåfors, Gällivare. The project is already well underway and forms a central part of the transition toward a more sustainable mining and steel industry. The new facility is being built adjacent to the existing plant and covers approximately 24,000 square meters, with extensive earthworks, foundation works, and concrete construction currently in progress. About the Role – Steel Site Manager As Steel Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for site operations and production. You will lead the project toward its objectives in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and health & safety, while ensuring effective coordination among all project stakeholders.
