Du kommer att arbeta som en del av ett lokalt PMO och stötta flera Portfolio Leads i deras dagliga arbete. Rollen är bred och varierad, med fokus på koordinering, struktur och kommunikation.
Du blir en nyckelperson i att skapa överblick, säkerställa enhetlig rapportering och bidra till att organisationens strategiska initiativ drivs framåt på ett effektivt sätt.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Koordinera och administrera möten, forum och gemensamma agendor
Ta fram, strukturera och kvalitetssäkra presentations- och beslutsmaterial
Samla in, konsolidera och följa upp status på initiativ samt säkerställa enhetlig rapportering
Uppdatera roadmaps, planering och skapa överblick över aktiviteter och prioriteringar
Stötta Portfolio Leads i det dagliga arbetet och avlasta i koordinering och struktur
Bidra till standardisering av arbetssätt, dokumentation och rapporteringsformat
Skapa tydlighet kring leveranser i olika forum och stödja investeringsplanering
Medverka i utveckling och implementering av arbetssätt, strategi och Target Operating Model
Fungera som kontaktpunkt mot olika funktioner och bidra till samarbete över flera portföljer och enheter
Vara med och strukturera och vidareutveckla dokumentation av processer och arbetssätt

För att bli framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du
Ca 1–3 års erfarenhet inom projektledning, PMO, koordinering eller liknande
Har god vana av PowerPoint, Excel och gärna Jira
Har ett intresse för verksamhetsutveckling och styrning
Är kommunikativ och trivs i en koordinerande roll med många kontaktytor
Meriterande: erfarenhet från större organisationer eller finansiell sektor.
