team, you will be working with clients such as Carlsberg, Pepsi & adidas. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals
to our Stockholm team.

currently on the hunt for a project manager to join our growing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our new Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating and delivering standout experiences for our clients. From strategy
to execution, you’ll take ownership of projects, lead teams with confidence, and ensure every detail lands with impact. This role
calls for a balance of creativity and structure, leadership and collaboration—and the drive to keep pushing ideas further.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead small and large-scale projects from concept to execution—always with creativity and precision.
Be the trusted face towards clients, building relationships that last beyond a single project.
Mentor and guide team members—sharing your knowledge while helping them grow.
- Inspire creativity, both within your team and in the projects you lead, leveraging your understanding of cutting-edge trends
and technologies.
- Be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities—even though you’re not a sales rep, you’ll help bring in
leads, identify upsell potentials, contribute ideas & pitches.
Work closely with our creative, production, and graphics teams to make sure every detail is on point.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of proven project management experience—ideally in events, brand experiences, or creative agencies.
Confident leading clients and teams, with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
A balance of creativity and structure—you can challenge ideas while making sure they land.
Ambitious and proactive—you take initiative, own outcomes, and want to help shape the future of Le Pacte.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a strong plus).
Well-connected in the industry, with solid knowledge of suppliers and an eye for new opportunities.
