IRnova is growing and we are now recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join our highly motivated team. The position is based in Kista, Stockholm.
The position combines both strategic and operational responsibilities
Suppliers: Identify, evaluate and source new suppliers and also keep good relationships with the existing suppliers.
Negotiations: Negotiate prices, conditions for agreements and terms & conditions and also warranties.
The purchasing process: Place orders, follow up on deliveries and control invoices.
Analysis and prognosis: Analyse the need of purchasing, stock levels and market trends.
Strategic/Operative: Work with the suppliers for long terms (strategic) or current purchasing and stocks (operative). Work to optimize the companies purchasing processes, lower costs and minimize the risks.
Who Are You You possess a technical background along with prior experience in a purchasing role within a technical environment.

Role Summary As a Purchasing Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving and developing how purchasing is performed within Scania IM.
