About the role We are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead Acast's Nordic business across Sweden and Norway. This is a senior P&L leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, team leadership, strategic partnerships, and the long-term growth of Acast's position in the region. As MD Nordics, you will be the highest-ranking leader in the region and equal parts visionary, operator, and ambassador. You will own the business from revenue to EBITDA, lead a high-performing cross-functional team of around 38 people, and be the face of Acast to media agencies, creators, advertisers, and the press. The Nordic market is mature and market-leading in podcasting. Yet the opportunity to grow it further has never been greater: deepening commercial partnerships, diversifying revenue well beyond traditional ad inventory, and cementing Acast's position as a full-scale media and creative powerhouse. You will report directly to the Global CEO. What you'll do Commercial Leadership & P&L Ownership * Own full P&L responsibility for Sweden and Norway, delivering against market contribution and EBITDA targets * Drive consistent revenue growth across advertising, sponsorships, and emerging channels * Maintain and grow strategic trading relationships with media agencies * Lead the ambitious expansion into sponsorships, branded content, omni-channel, live events, merchandise, and video Strategy & Business Development * Define and execute the regional strategy in alignment with Acast's global direction * Identify and acquire exciting new podcasts and creator partnerships to strengthen the content portfolio * Oversee key strategic initiatives including exploring and developing market expansion in the region and maintaining and developing important partnerships * Develop and integrate new production capabilities through strategic growth opportunities * Structure and optimise the organisation in response to market demand to maximise the potential for new revenue streams, with a primary focus on the creative studio People & Team Leadership * Lead and develop a regional management team spanning Sales, Content, Creative, and PR & Marketing * Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture that attracts and retains top talent * Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability across departments and geographies * Manage headcount planning, budgeting, and staff optimisation Stakeholder & External Relations * Serve as the primary external ambassador for Acast in the Nordics, with media agencies, brands, creators, and press * Oversee strategic PR and IR-related communications from the Stockholm headquarters * Build and maintain a broad, active network across the media and advertising ecosystem Operations * Provide executive oversight for regional facilities, including studio infrastructure and real estate asset optimization. * Ensure operational continuity through steady leadership Who you are Experience * Proven track record as a Country Manager, MD, or senior leader with full P&L ownership * Experience leading across multiple Nordic markets, with a genuine understanding of the commercial and cultural distinctions between them * Background in media, digital advertising, content, or the broader creator economy - industry experience strongly preferred * Demonstrated success driving business development, restructuring, or growth journeys * Experience in a global, publicly listed company and familiarity with corporate governance requirements Skills & Knowledge * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial performance, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions * Deep understanding of the media landscape across digital, audio, video, social (TikTok, YouTube), and traditional platforms * Experience navigating and leading within complex matrix organisations * Broad network across media agencies and brand partners in the Nordics * Fluency in English; Swedish or Norwegian a strong advantage Leadership & Personal Qualities * A decisive, strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution * Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, a bias for action, and genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy * A true people leader: kind but firm, transparent in communication, and skilled at developing talent and driving accountability * Culturally intelligent, able to build cohesion across teams and markets * Comfortable and confident as a high-visibility external spokesperson and thought leader Culture Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. STEEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. RESPONSIBILITIES * Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) * Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. * Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts. * Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc. * Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc. * Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated * Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces * Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally * Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team * Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service * Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends * Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required * This position will require extensive travel * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. QUALIFICATIONS * Enthusiastic drive to transform the steel industry into a more sustainable business * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field * Experience in managing regional/transnational key accounts, , negotiating long term contracts. ROLE PURPOSE The Global Product Merchandiser owns designated parts of J.Lindeberg's collection and is responsible for driving a cohesive, commercially successful, and market-relevant assortment across Sport and Fashion. The role combines strong analytical capability with deep product understanding, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into the right product offer for each market. Acting as a key operational partner to the CMO & Merchandising Managers, the Merchandiser provides running data and business analysis, builds and maintains core merchandising tools, and owns the seasonal calendar and milestones. By monitoring competitor landscapes and working closely with regional markets, this role ensures collections remain relevant, financially viable, and aligned with J.Lindeberg's creative vision and growth ambitions. Working hours: 40 hours (100%) Reports to: Chief Merchandising Officer Direct reports: No KEY OBJECTIVES Own designated parts of the collection and deliver a commercially strong, globally balanced assortment. Provide CMO & managers with continuous business data and actionable insights. Build and maintain merchandising tools including range plans and seasonal decks. Own and drive the seasonal calendar and milestone process. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure collection relevance. Collaborate with regional markets to integrate pricing input and local market dynamics into global planning. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ANALYTICAL & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, including color, to inform collection development and commercial decisions. Provide running data and reporting to CMO & Merchandising Managers, enabling agile decision-making. Analyze historical performance, market trends, and competitor landscapes to refine seasonal merchandising decisions. Track early sell-out results to identify opportunities and risk areas, providing actionable insights to regional teams. PRODUCT STRATEGY & ASSORTMENT PLANNING Own designated parts of the collection, driving product strategy and assortment decisions within those areas. Partner with Design and Product Development to ensure a balanced range architecture, including price positioning, category mix, and commercial viability. Create and maintain the range plan as the central merchandising tool for collection building. Lead seasonal line planning, setting collection frameworks, SKU targets, and financial objectives for own areas. Manage range segmentation across channels (Wholesale, E-commerce, DTC, Key Accounts) to maximize regional relevance and brand cohesion. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & TOOLS Create and deliver seasonal decks for internal alignment and sell-in purposes. Own and manage the seasonal calendar and milestones, ensuring all cross-functional teams are aligned on deadlines. Update and maintain the line in PLM, including attribute management and line changes. Build and refine merchandising tools and frameworks that support efficient decision-making across the team. REGIONAL MARKET COLLABORATION Collaborate with regional sales teams to integrate market feedback into global assortment planning. Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics, including regional pricing structures, consumer preferences, and competitor positioning. Ensure the right product is available for the right market at the right time through close regional partnership. Consolidate regional feedback during pre-line and sell-in to drive final assortment optimization. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP & GO-TO-MARKET For own areas act as the central link between Design, Sales, Product Development, and DTC, ensuring strategic alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure product stories and assortment priorities are aligned across all channels for own areas. Support global sell-in meetings by creating impactful storytelling frameworks that highlight assortment strategy and commercial opportunities. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Required Proven experience in merchandising or buying within fashion, sport, or lifestyle brands. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions. Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint (seasonal decks, presentations). Solid understanding of range planning, assortment architecture, and product lifecycle management. Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and regional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience working with PLM systems (product lifecycle management software). Knowledge of the premium sport/fashion market and competitive landscape.
