As a Retail Analytics Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Data Analysts within the Retail unit. You combine people leadership with operational contribution, ensuring both strong delivery and continuous competence development.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Define and evolve the analytics vision by establishing long-term measurement frameworks, KPI governance, and a roadmap for advanced analytics that supports retail strategy.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can unlock value and influence key decisions.
Turn complex business challenges into structured analytical initiatives aligned with commercial priorities.
Set standards for data quality, analytical accuracy, and impactful storytelling, ensuring reliable and actionable insights across the organization.
Oversee analytics projects across functions, ensuring insights are timely, actionable, and embedded in strategic decision cycles.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Retail and beyond, and peer Data Analyst Managers to ensure strong collaboration and drive aligned, data-driven decision-making.

Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As Retail Labour & Productivity Manager, you lead and develop a specialist team while owning the global frameworks for labour standards, workforce planning and productivity across our retail formats. You set the foundations for how labour is planned, deployed and measured, ensuring the right balance between productivity, fairness, customer experience and operational efficiency.
