As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with retailers. You’ll build strong
pipelines, manage relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term partner success.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Field Sales Specialist at Wolt, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth and we want you to be our deal-closer towards restaurants, retailers, and other local businesses. You’ll identify potential partners, pitch the value of Wolt, and work closely with merchants to onboard them successfully onto our platform. With solid product knowledge, you will clearly communicate how Wolt can strengthen businesses and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. In addition, you will work closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and support. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who truly wants to grow and develop within sales. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Prospect and generate leads to identify potential new partners (restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops) * Pitch and negotiate with decision-makers, demonstrating how Wolt can add value to their business * Close deals and manage contracts to ensure a smooth onboarding process * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Management, Operations, Marketing) to guarantee partners’ success after launch OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant sales or retail * Excellent command of Swedish and English. Speaking another language is a big plus * Willingness to travel extensively, as the role involves significant travel with overnight stays across Sweden (up to 75% of your working time) * A driver’s license is not required, but considered a strong plus In addition to formal requirements, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your interest in the role and Wolt as a company. As our new Enterprise Sales Manager you’ll drive the growth of Wolt’s retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. You’ll represent Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space, shape our offering across multiple verticals, and build long-term value for both Wolt and our partners. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from strategy and prospecting to contract negotiations and onboarding. You’ll identify high-potential retail partners, build strong C-level relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support both growth and operational excellence.
