I rollen som Senior Compliance Officer kommer du att ha en central funktion i vårt arbete med att kontrollera och stötta
regelefterlevnaden inom Avanza Bank. Du arbetar brett med bank- och värdepappersrelaterade frågor, med ett särskilt fokus på MiFID
II, MiFIR och marknadsmissbruksförordningen (MAR).

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Director of Rider Operations, you will report directly to our Chief Business Officer and play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance of all rider-facing efforts at Voi. In this role, you will be part of the Business Leadership Team, overseeing the Rider Operations organisation and acting as the voice of the customer across the company. You will drive alignment, prioritisation and performance across rider-focused initiatives, with direct impact on customer experience, growth and commercial outcomes globally and locally. This will include: * Driving global rider growth, retention and overall performance through ownership of the rider strategy, budget, forecasting, goal-setting and governance across the Rider organisation, including Commercial Optimisation, Customer Experience, Rider Experience and Growth, and overall rider KPI performance. * Orchestrating and aligning rider-focused investments across functions, setting clear priorities that drive sustainable and cost-efficient growth across markets. * Shaping the frameworks, metrics and ways of working that enable data-informed decision making and continuous improvement across user base development, rider compliance and customer experience. * Acting as the voice of the customer in cross-functional prioritisation and decision making (e.g. product, data, engineering), influencing roadmaps and strategic direction across the organisation. * Guiding, coaching and supporting your managers and teams, building a strong, high-performing and inclusive organisation aligned around clear goals and direction. * Partnering with the executive team and senior stakeholders to shape company-wide strategy and support the next phase of growth for Voi. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Bid Specialist at Voi, you will be at the heart of our most strategic tenders – turning complex requirements into compelling, high-quality responses that show why Voi is the number one micromobility operator and the obvious partner for cities. Working closely with our Director of Tenders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own end-to-end tender processes for prioritised cities, from early opportunity shaping through to final submission and feedback review. You will: * Lead the development of persuasive, well-structured responses for RFIs, RFPs, demos and presentations, tailored to each city’s needs. * Own the tender phase for selected markets, including market research and working with local partners to shape the right proposition and prioritisation. * Manage the full bid lifecycle, including milestones, kick-offs, reviews, clarifications and submission timelines, ensuring we deliver on time and to the highest quality. * Collaborate with stakeholders across Markets, Policy, Finance, HR, R&D, Legal, Growth & Commercial to gather inputs, align on win themes and secure approvals. * Draft, review, proofread and refine content so that agreed win themes, localisation and a clear, consistent tone of voice are visible throughout. * Champion tender best practices, ensuring our writing style, structure and evidence are compliant with local requirements while remaining engaging and easy to understand. * Work with our tender designer to bring responses to life visually and help build a strong, recognisable Voi narrative. * Develop and maintain content in our tender content library, driving reusability and continuous improvement. * Track and communicate tender status and reporting to key stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged. * Analyse tender feedback and internal performance to identify improvements in process, content, tools and competitor insight over time. You bring: * 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end bid or tender management, ideally for public sector or complex B2G/B2B opportunities. * Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to translate technical or policy content into clear, persuasive language. * Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing timelines in a structured, transparent way. * Good understanding of tender best practices (e.g. win themes, compliance, evaluation criteria) and familiarity with tender tools or content libraries. * Strong research and analytical skills to understand local markets, city requirements and competitor positioning. * Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken); Norwegian or Dutch languages preferred. * A proactive, improvement-focused mindset – you continuously look for ways to refine processes, content and outcomes. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As CRM Lead at Voi, you will own and evolve our global CRM strategy to drive activation, retention, and customer lifetime value across all markets. You will lead a specialised CRM team and sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Growth, turning commercial goals into smart, data-driven journeys that scale. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you balance long-term roadmap ownership with hands-on execution in journey architecture, targeting logic, and experimentation. Your work will ensure our Braze setup, data stack, and lifecycle programmes are built for impact, efficiency, and global growth. You will: * Define and refine the CRM strategy across activation, retention, win-back, and pricing/product lifecycle in close collaboration with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. * Translate strategy into clear OKRs, backlogs, and roadmaps that support both commercial targets and the messaging needs of global stakeholders. * Prioritise initiatives based on quantitative impact, focusing on CLV, incremental revenue, and P&L contribution. * Own the strategic setup and evolution of our Braze platform, ensuring it supports complex cross-channel journeys and advanced lifecycle logic. * Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to optimise app event taxonomies, data flows, tracking, and monitoring so that CRM is deeply integrated into our product and data layers. * Identify and test opportunities to use AI and automation within the CRM stack to enhance performance, personalisation, and team efficiency. * Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team through structured sprint planning, clear feedback, and a supportive environment where people grow. * Act as a CRM ambassador across Voi, building shared understanding of performance, trends, and priorities, while balancing quick wins with long-term bets. * Collaborate with regional General Managers and Market Managers to align central CRM initiatives with local insights, and to define scalable best practices. * Oversee CRM legal compliance (including GDPR), ensuring consent, preferences, and communication standards meet regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a strategically minded, hands‑on CRM leader who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology and customer experience. You are comfortable shaping long-term direction, while diving into the details of data structures, targeting logic and experiments. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and create an environment where your team can do its best work. * 6+ years’ experience in CRM or Marketing Automation in a B2C environment, including leading technical specialists and complex cross‑functional projects. * Advanced power-user of Braze or a comparable platform, with a structural understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and event-driven data flows. * Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience navigating complex data structures to build advanced segmentation and targeting logic. * Deep understanding of experimentation methodology (A/B testing, statistical significance, incremental lift, and guardrail metrics). * Familiarity with how AI and machine learning can be applied in CRM to improve predictive targeting and personalisation. * Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise narratives for senior, commercial, and technical stakeholders. * Experience role-modelling company values and influencing at a leadership level, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
