relationships in the industry, and support the company’s commercial goals.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be part of Mitigram’s Marketing team, working closely with colleagues across sales, product,
and leadership. You will play a key role in shaping how Mitigram’s solutions are positioned in the market and ensuring that
messaging, campaigns, and materials clearly communicate product value to customers and partners. The role spans brand marketing,
demand generation, and product marketing, with activities ranging from campaign planning and analysis to content creation, event
coordination, and product launch support.
You will manage one team member and report to the CEO. We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and practical sides
of marketing and is comfortable turning ideas into concrete actions that drive commercial success.
This role offers strong variety, from campaign planning and analysis to content creation, event coordination, and product
launches. You will work closely with sales and product teams to translate capabilities into compelling messaging and ensure
consistency across all channels.
Within product marketing, you will focus on turning product features into clear and relevant customer value, ensuring consistency
throughout the customer journey. This includes developing and coordinating materials such as presentations, product sheets, and
sales enablement tools, as well as supporting launches with clear go-to-market messaging. Close collaboration with sales and
continuous gathering of market insights will help inform positioning and overall marketing strategy.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and practical side of marketing, and who is comfortable turning ideas into
concrete activities that support commercial success.
You are comfortable working across different marketing disciplines and enjoy the variety that comes with a broad role, with
experience in areas such as social media, events, digital marketing, content creation, product launches, or sales enablement seen
as a strong advantage.
Any type of lead position or mentorship experience is a plus!
Having the combination of creativity with a structured and strategic mindset, and a strong ability to translate complex products
into clear and compelling messaging is key in this position. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and
leadership teams, and taking initiative in a dynamic environment. You are curious about what drives customer engagement and
commercial success, and motivated to turn those insights into impactful marketing activities.

everyday experience of your colleagues.
The role is based in our Stockholm office. Since you support the physical workplace, we expect you to be on-site most days while
offering flexibility when needed.
