Senior Product Manager – AI-First to Objektvision
Objektvision is rebuilding its platform and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape it. If you like turning ideas
into working prototypes with tools like Claude Code, rather than writing long specification documents, this could be your next
step.
The role
You own product outcomes for the new customer platform we're building for the property owners, managers, and brokers who use
Objektvision every day: the tool they log into to list, manage, and rent out their space, faster and with better matches. You turn
customer insight and strategy into a prioritized roadmap, manage stakeholders across markets (Sweden and Finland today, more on
the way), and suggest what gets built and launched, always balancing local needs against one shared platform.
Rather than writing long specification documents, you prototype directly in Claude Code (or similar) to communicate ideas and
validate them with real users before anything gets built for real. You work in a small, autonomous squad alongside a product
designer and a full-stack engineer, with a Data & AI Lead backing you up on data and models.
About you
6+ years in product management, with senior ownership of outcomes, not just delivery
AI-first mindset
Strong on prioritization and stakeholder management; comfortable being the one making the call
Data-literate; you make decisions from evidence
Thrive in a small, high-ownership team with minimal process, and like change more than order
- Fluent in English; working/conversational Swedish required (team language is English, but daily life at the office is in
Swedish)
- Nice to have: multi-market/marketplace experience, real estate/proptech background, or having shipped AI-powered features (chat,
agents, recommendations)
About Objektvision
Objektvision is Sweden's leading marketplace for commercial real estate, part of Finland's Alma Media. They're rebuilding their
entire platform from the ground up, going AI-first and shared across markets. You'll be based centrally in Stockholm, in the
office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. The culture is close-knit and generous -
shared lunches, regular offsites, and a wellness allowance, with occasional trips to the team in Finland.
