What is needed in this role: Core Genesys Cloud Skills Genesys Cloud Architect: Designing inbound/outbound call, email, and message flows, including reusable tasks and secure flows. Data Actions & Integrations: Building and troubleshooting data actions that connect to RESTful Spring Boot services. Genesys SDKs & APIs: Experience with the Platform API, Notifications API (WebSockets), and Analytics API. Scripting: Creating dynamic Agent Scripts integrated with the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework. Web Messaging & Digital: Implementing Web Messaging (v3) with custom deployment and journey tracking. Outbound Campaigns: Configuring Predictive, Power, and Agentless dialing modes. Security (OAuth): Implementing secure authentication flows (Authorization Code, Client Credentials, PKCE). Minimum 3+ years of relevant education (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar). At least 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, ideally within software development, integrations, or cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain intelligent, customer‑friendly IVR and routing flows. Collaborate closely with Java/Spring Boot teams on integrations and data models. Use CX as Code (Terraform provider for Genesys Cloud) to manage configuration across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. Analyze and optimize performance, including API rate limits and notifications. Support teams embedding Genesys widgets into our custom Angular agent desktop. About the role As a Linux Developer, you will be responsible for the operating system powering our IoT devices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work with Linux BSP development and Yocto, building and maintaining the embedded platform as well as SDKs for application development. The role includes enabling secure connectivity across multiple wireless interfaces and supporting feature-rich, connected products. What you will be doing Set up and configure the Yocto Linux-based operating system on our hardware devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and implement necessary changes. Create SDKs and software tools to facilitate application development on the operating system. Enhance and expand the operating system by adding new components and features. Conduct system revisions and optimizations to improve performance, security, production test flow, and user experience. Understand hardware schematics and identify requirements for driver development. Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop and adapt the operating system to the hardware. Continuously improve automated test coverage and devops system. What you bring to the team Experience in Linux operating system development, Yocto, Shell Scripting and Python experience is preferred. Knowledge of Kernel development and experience with device tree. Ability to read hardware schematics and understand when driver development is necessary. Proficiency in C Solid understanding of software development principles, version control, and debugging techniques. Nice to have U-Boot, Thread, Rust, AWS, Bluetooth Low Energy. THE ROLE Yubico is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Platform team working on Yubikey as a Service. It is an Enterprise solution that customers use to manage the lifecycle of their credentials and YubiKey deployment at scale. You should have a passion for building the platform for Enterprise-grade applications. We are looking for a teammate who is proactive, works well within and across teams, and has a desire to do things right and learn. You will develop the platform to support products used by many top Enterprise companies and will get to see your work in use right away.
