Nu söker vi en Strategy Manager till Strategi & Hållbarhet. En roll för dig som gillar att förstå komplexa sammanhang, hitta mönster i stora mängder information och omvandla insikter till tydliga rekommendationer och konkreta beslut.

Vad kommer du att göra?
Som Strategy Manager blir du en viktig del av Strategi & Hållbarhet, det vill säga gruppen som driver och stödjer Svenska Spels strategiska utveckling.
Du kommer att arbeta med frågor som spänner från affärsplanering och tillväxtinitiativ till omvärldsanalys, scenarioplanering och strategiska vägval. I rollen får du möjlighet att samarbeta med många olika delar av organisationen och bidra till beslut som påverkar hela koncernen.
Driva och stötta strategiska projekt inom Strategi & Hållbarhets ansvarsområde
Ta fram analyser, synteser och beslutsunderlag till ledning, styrgrupper och andra nyckelforum
Bidra till och facilitera strategi- och affärsplaneringsprocessen
Arbeta med scenarier, prioriteringar, workshops och uppföljning av strategiska initiativ
Stödja utvecklingen av tillväxtcase, nya affärsmöjligheter och strategiska satsningar
Samordna perspektiv från affärsområden och koncernfunktioner och omsätta dem till ett gemensamt helhetsperspektiv
Bidra till att omvärld, hållbarhet, risk och affärslogik vävs samman i strategiska beslutsunderlag
Skapa struktur, framdrift och tydlighet i tvärfunktionella projekt och arbetsgrupper
Du får chans att arbeta med alltifrån utvecklingen av Svenska Spels strategiska riktning mot 2030 till tillväxtinitiativ, scenarioanalyser, prioriteringslogik och underlag till koncernledning och styrelse.

Vi tror att du är en nyfiken person som gillar att förstå hur saker hänger ihop. Du har lätt för att strukturera komplex information, dra slutsatser och presentera dem på ett sätt som skapar förståelse och riktning.
Samtidigt är du prestigelös och samarbetsinriktad. Du tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med andra, men är också trygg i att själv driva frågor framåt när det behövs.
Cirka 3–5 års erfarenhet från strategi, management consulting, affärsutveckling, analys, projektledning eller liknande områden
Akademisk examen som civilekonom, civilingenjör eller motsvarande
Stark analytisk förmåga och vana att strukturera komplexa frågeställningar
Erfarenhet av att ta fram professionella presentations- och beslutsunderlag
God affärsförståelse och ett intresse för strategi, tillväxt och samhällsfrågor
Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra för att skapa framdrift
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska
Hög integritet och ett gott omdöme i frågor som ibland kan vara både strategiska och känsliga

You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders, often in cross-border Nordic and international teams, alongside private equity investors and corporate M&A functions.
