Vill du ansvara för den tekniska utvecklingen av en e‑handelsplattform i en stor koncern? Vi söker en Technical Product Owner inom E-commerce som driver tekniska beslut och säkerställer stabila, moderna och skalbara lösningar.
Den här tjänsten är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att rekryteringsprocessen sker genom Bravura och du anställs direkt hos Saint-Gobain Distribution Sweden.

Genom dessa bolag erbjuds produkter, lösningar och rådgivning som gör skillnad för Sveriges yrkeshantverkare inom VS, VA, ventilation, plåt, kakel och bygg. Med cirka 2 700 engagerade medarbetare, 180 butiker och etableringar över hela landet uppgår omsättningen till omkring 17 miljarder kronor. SGDS centrala IT‑avdelning ansvarar för att förvalta, drifta och vidareutveckla de digitala plattformar, affärssystem och infrastrukturlösningar som håller hela verksamheten i gång. Genom stabil drift, hög informationssäkerhet och ett kontinuerligt tekniskt förbättringsarbete säkerställs en robust IT‑miljö som stödjer allt från butikernas och logistikkedjans dagliga behov till säljfunktioner, kundnära system, ekonomiprocesser, hållbarhetsarbete, analysplattformar och andra centrala verksamhetsområden.
IT‑avdelningen arbetar nära verksamheten med uppdraget att leverera skalbara, moderna lösningar som driver digitaliseringen framåt i hela organisationen, samtidigt som processer effektiviseras och förutsättningar skapas för en ännu starkare och mer sammanhängande kundupplevelse.
Som Technical Product Owner inom E-commerce ansvarar du för att definiera, prioritera och driva den tekniska samt funktionella utvecklingen av SGDS e‑handelsplattform. Rollen kombinerar produktansvar, teknisk ledning och djup förståelse för plattformsarkitektur. Du driver prioriteringar, samordnar tekniska beslut och säkerställer att plattformen är robust, säker, skalbar och anpassad för koncernens affärsbehov.
Du fungerar som navet mellan affärsorganisationen, arkitekter, utvecklingsteamet och externa leverantörer. Du översätter affärs‑ och kundkrav till tekniskt detaljerade user stories, tar fram specifikationer, leder tekniska diskussioner och deltar i både design‑ och arkitekturbeslut.
Rollen omfattar även operativt ansvar för driftrelaterade frågor, incidenter, säkerhetsarbete, testning, releaseprocesser och koordinering av uppgraderingar. Du säkerställer att integrationer mot omgivande system som ERP, PIM, CRM, betalningslösningar och dataflöden fungerar strukturerat och följer etablerade arkitekturprinciper.
Äga och förvalta E‑handelsplattformen genom hela livscykeln
Fungera som huvudkontakt mellan stakeholders, utvecklare, arkitekter och externa leverantörer
Översätta affärs‑ och kundbehov till tekniskt tydliga specifikationer och user stories
Prioritera backlog utifrån affärsvärde, teknisk komplexitet, säkerhet och långsiktig hållbarhet
Leda tekniska diskussioner och beslut tillsammans med utvecklingsteamet och arkitekter
Säkerställa fungerande integrationer mellan E-handel och omgivande system
Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Minst 5 års erfarenhet som Technical Product Owner eller i liknande tekniskt ledande roll inom E-handel
Relevant utbildning från högskola eller universitet inom datavetenskap eller motsvarande
Djup teknisk förståelse för plattformsarkitektur, backend‑flöden och integrationer
Flerårig erfarenhet av incidenthantering, penetrationstester och sårbarhetsanalys
Gedigen erfarenhet av automatiserade tester, regressionstester och releaseprocesser
Erfarenhet av CI/CD‑verktyg som Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions eller Azure DevOps
Som person trivs du i en roll där du tar ett tydligt helhetsansvar och kombinerar tekniska beslut med affärsmässiga prioriteringar. Med ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt navigerar du tryggt i komplexa miljöer där många system är beroende av varandra, och där stabilitet, modernisering och risk behöver vägas mot verksamhetens behov. Du tar ansvar för dina vägval och skapar ordning och förutsägbarhet i arbetet.
Du är kommunikativ och inger förtroende i samarbetet med både utvecklingsteam och verksamhet. Du arbetar gärna tvärfunktionellt, värdesätter transparens, gemensamma processer och tydlig dokumentation, och är prestigelös i dialogen med exempelvis utvecklare, arkitekter och säkerhetsexperter. Rollen passar dig som vill bidra till långsiktig kundnytta i en miljö präglad av tydlighet, ansvar och samarbete.

About the job This is an interim assignment of around 12 months. The assignment can be carried out as an employed interim consultant with us at Bravura or via a sub-consulting arrangement. We are open to different collaborations depending on what suits you and the assignment best. We are now looking for an Interim Product Owner to take over responsibility during a maternity leave. This role is critical to ensuring continuity, stability, and ongoing development of the platform in a dynamic and evolving environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and lead the product team with an agile mindset, ensuring delivery of integration initiatives aligned with business needs.
