Som Testledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda och genomföra test- och idrifttagningsaktiviteter inom signaleringssystem längs järnvägen.
Du är den som säkerställer att allt fungerar – inte bara på papper, utan i verklig drift.
Du arbetar nära tekniken, nära projekten och nära verksamheten – och spelar en avgörande roll i att säkerställa kvalitet, säkerhet och leverans i några av Sveriges mest avancerade infrastruktursystem.
Rollen innebär resor, då arbetet sker på olika anläggningar i Sverige och ibland internationellt.
Ditt uppdrag – du får systemen att leverera
Planera, leda och genomföra test- och idrifttagningsaktiviteter
Ta fram och kvalitetssäkra testdokumentation (instruktioner, protokoll, rapporter)
Säkerställa att dokumentation är granskad, tillgänglig och korrekt arkiverad
Samordna tidplaner tillsammans med Work Package Owner, Installation och Commissioning
Genomföra tester och signera dokumentation kopplad till genomförda aktiviteter
Säkerställa att nödvändiga säkerhetsåtgärder (t.ex. spåravstängning) genomförs
Säkerställa att rätt kompetens och behörigheter finns på plats
Ansvara för att arbetet sker med fokus på personlig säkerhet och kvalitet

Erfarenhet som Testledare / Ibruktagandebesiktningsman (Signal)
Certifiering från Trafikverket (minst I, Y – Ställverk 95)
Meriterande: certifiering inom Ställverk 85 (I, Y, F)

We are looking for senior technicians who want to be the foundation of this new team. As a 3rd Line Network Technician, you will be the final technical authority within their operational flow. You will join a complex operations unit that acts as the bridge between day-to-day drift and their architectural design teams. You will work with some of the most advanced network infrastructures in the Nordics, gaining exposure to technologies that are setting the industry standard for the next five years. A security clearance is required for this position. We focus on specialization. For this position, we need you to have a deep, senior-level grasp of Fortinet (FortiGate, SD-WAN, FortiAP, NAC/EMS). Lead the Overlay Setup: Be a key player in building the operational framework for the new B2B split. 3rd Level Escalations: Handle the most advanced issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line, taking full ownership until resolution. Major Incident Management: Act as a Technical Project Leader during critical events, coordinating with vendors (TAC) to identify bugs and test software deployments. Stakeholder Management: Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated during high-pressure situations. Continuous Improvement: Work with DevOps and NetOps mentalities to improve deployment and monitoring. We are looking for Deep expertise in Fortinet networking solutions, specifically configuration and management of: FortiGate (Firewalls & SD-WAN) FortiSwitch and FortiAP (WiFi) FortiExtender (4G/5G cellular gateways) Experience with Fortinet management and security ecosystem, including tools such as: FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer FortiEMS, FortiNAC, or FortiSandbox Solid experience with TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and SD-WAN services (Underlay, Overlay, Add-On). Fluency in English, both written and spoken. You enjoy the detective work of complex troubleshooting and don't settle for quick fixes. About You A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong professional experience in software development. Strong object-oriented programming experience, ideally in C#, C++ or Java. Experience developing software for test systems, industrial systems, scientific equipment or similar technical environments. Ability to work close to hardware, instruments, devices, and measurement data. Experience with Python or MATLAB would be beneficial. Experience with data analysis, modelling, simulations, or measurement processing would be beneficial. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, optoelectronics, industrial automation, or manufacturing test environments would be highly relevant. Nice to haves: Experience with optical, photonic, or optoelectronic test systems Experience working with semiconductor devices, lasers, modulators, wafers, chips, or modules. Experience developing automated production test solutions. Experience supporting new product introduction from prototype through to production. Experience leading technical workstreams or representing software/test development in project teams.
