IN SWEDBANK YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Be part of our cross-functional and Agile teams with deep knowledge in the Lending processes, particularly Corporate Lending.
Participate in identifying customer needs and turning them into functionalities and business capabilities.
Define Corporate Lending specific APIs, frameworks and development processes according to best practices.
Work with developing integrations with multiple source systems.
Be full-stack, work with FDP development in Kundportalen along with Andromeda APIs and a SQL backend.
Agree on launch activities together with the team, stakeholders and APO.
Be a team player and contribute to the team's way of working constantly improving.
Learn from others and share your skills and experiences in community of practice.
WHAT IS NEEDED IN THIS ROLE:
University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
10+ years of experience in JAVA development and tools.
Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
- Experience in API design, microservices architecture, modular development, component identification and encapsulation of
business capability.
Business domain knowledge within the Corporate Lending area is considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Demonstrate self-leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
