We are looking for an Automotive GTM person to deepen Applied Intuition's presence and influence across the global automotive
ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between our product capabilities and the market by translating
customer and competitive intelligence into compelling positioning, go-to-market strategies, and content that resonates with
automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component
of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units,

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to support our business development in the automotive domain. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. This is a uniquely strategic and operational role with a mix of both internal and external-facing responsibilities. AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL: * Engage with potential customers identified predominantly from other Applied Intuition's teams or organically based on the candidate's understanding of the ecosystem * Use customer discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and understanding of potential solutions from Applied Intuition * Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Applied Intuition's solutions to customers * Develop final customer solution with Applied Intuition's Product and Engineering teams for existing products, or support creation of new products for new concepts * Iterate with customer on technical scope and business model, and guide the proposal through approvals at customer * Plan revenue strategy and outlook for these specific solutions in both automotive and other adjacent domains WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: * 5+ years of prior experience in automotive interest in relevant domains to guide our customers on what are the best practices * Bachelors degree * Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects * Strong interest and capability to work with customers and drive customer engagements * Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience running multiple projects and deadlines effectively * Experience working with automotive software technologies NICE TO HAVE: * Experience working on a product at a startup from Series A to IPO Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. ABOUT THE ROLE We are building on-device intelligence for a next-generation Android Automotive platform. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of embedded ML systems, ensuring models behave predictably and safely in production environments under real-world constraints such as latency, thermal limits, and functional safety. AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL: * Deploy and run production-grade ML inference and learning systems on Android Automotive (AAOS) * Implement on-device multimodal LLMs, including schema design and safe dispatch to local vehicle APIs * Integrate models using TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, or specialized vendor SDKs * Profile and optimize models for strict latency, memory, power, and thermal budgets * Instrument runtime performance across CPU, GPU, and NPU acceleration layers * Design safety boundaries and guardrails for model outputs, including tool-call allowlists and fallback logic * Interface directly with vehicle signals, sensors, and system services using C++ and JNI WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: * BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field * 3+ years of experience shipping ML inference on embedded, mobile, or automotive platforms * Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with native Android integration (JNI) * Expertise in model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and compilation * Experience integrating LLM function calling or tool execution with structured outputs * Hands-on experience with Android system services or Android Automotive OS (AAOS) * Deep understanding of edge constraints including real-time behavior and memory pressure NICE TO HAVE: * Experience with Snapdragon Automotive, ARM Ethos, or specialized NPU pipelines * Background in running quantized LLMs on-device using llama.cpp or TFLite transformers * Familiarity with functional safety concepts (ISO 26262), sandboxing, or policy enforcement * Experience bridging cloud-trained models to resource-constrained embedded runtimes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. About the Role: * We're looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our Compute Hardware team. You’ll help validate our automotive-grade PCB designs by performing board-level testing, automating lab workflows, and supporting early prototype hardware characterization. * This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on validation, strong lab skills, and experience with OEM testing protocols. * Motivation: a lot of learning opportunities since we design and test next generation boards/hardware solutions for customers in all verticals/industries. * Ownership: we’re a small and nimble hardware team with a pretty large scope so every EE will own a significant project and also have the opportunity to learn and contribute to other projects in our team * We also execute a lot of vehicle level builds - so there’s plenty of opportunity to own system level testing and validation for complex software defined vehicle builds and SDS builds * Technical areas: we build infotainment, ADAS, and controller units for software-defined vehicles. A technical step to enable an industry-wide transition. Responsibilities: * Execute and improve validation test plans for custom automotive PCBs * Characterize board performance using lab equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, electronic loads, DAQ, etc.) * Automate lab equipment and test routines using Python or similar scripting languages * Analyze and document results in clear, concise reports for internal teams and external customers * Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams to support board bring-up and root cause analysis * Interpret and follow OEM test protocols (e.g., LV124, ISO 16750, CISPR, etc.) * Maintain lab setups and improve test efficiency with reusable infrastructure About You: * BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering * 2–6 years of hands-on experience in board-level testing and validation * Comfortable working in a lab setting with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power meters, etc.) * Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing * Experience with test automation (Python, LabView, or similar) * Familiarity with vehicle or consumer electronics validation flows * Strong documentation and communication skills * Prior exposure to automotive/agriculture/construction/defense OEM or Tier 1 supplier test protocols * Comfortable reading schematics and debugging at component level Don’t meet every single requirement?
