What you’ll do We are looking for a Health and Safety Engineer you will work closely with the operational teams on site. You will act as the link between Health & Safety and operations, supporting safe, compliant, and effective ways of working across the organization. As we are building a cross-functional Health & Safety team, supporting all areas at our Boden site. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping how safety is embedded into a completely new, modern industrial setup from the ground up. Working at Stegra could mean operating in an environment with high temperatures, hazardous gases (such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide), and ATEX-classified areas. Managing these risks is critical — and this is where you and your colleagues come in. You will play a key role in ensuring that safety is not just a requirement, but a natural part of how we operate every day. * Act as the Health & Safety representative within the operating unit * Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Site Management System * Drive improvements in workplace safety and ways of working * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and internal requirements * Support and strengthen Stegra’s behavior-based safety approach * Partner with the line organization to enable ownership of health and safety responsibilities * Support incident investigations, follow-up actions, and reporting to relevant authorities * Contribute to hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of control measures What you’ll bring You’re someone who puts safety first in every situation. Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field * Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment (e.g. chemical, energy, oil & gas, hydrogen) * Experience with ATEX environments, including classification, equipment, and compliance * Knowledge of ISO 45001, Swedish legislation, EU directives, and industry standards * Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety processes * Additional relevant training within areas such as chemical hazards or occupational hygiene is a plus For you who have an expert position today it would be advantageous if you have: * Knowledge of hazardous process gases, including risk assessment and safe handling * Good understanding of dust explosion risks and prevention measures Benefits at Stegra At Stegra, you’ll join a company where your work has real impact on the climate, the industry, and future generations. Financial Controlling Lead (Senior Financial Controller)

FINANCIAL CONTROLLING LEAD We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team as Financial Controlling Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality financial reporting, compliance with Swedish legislation and IFRS, and driving continuous improvements across our financial processes. You will balance operational excellence with strategic insights, supporting business leaders in making informed decisions. AS FINANCIAL CONTROLLING LEAD, YOU WILL: • Lead and coordinate Group reporting as required, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery. • Manage and improve and variance analysis in close collaboration with the other finance team members. • Act as subject-matter expert on IFRS, Swedish GAAP (K3), and other relevant accounting standards, as well as all audit-related matters. • Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with group accounting manuals, Swedish financial regulations, and tax legislation. • Run and quality-assure inter-company charge-out and allocation models, ensuring transparency, fiscal compliance and harmonization. • Ownership for annual reports. • Coordinate the audit process in collaboration with others. • Support productivity improvements, investment analysis, and KPI follow-up to drive financial results. • Contribute financial expertise in corporate tax and transfer pricing matters. • Collaborate on system development projects and implement improvements in ERP, BI, and financial reporting tools. • Act as business partner to key stakeholders, supporting strategy execution. YOU HAVE: • A degree in Finance and Accounting. • Extensive, multi-year experience from senior accounting and/or financial controlling roles, ideally in an international environment. • Excellent expertise in IFRS, Swedish GAAP, and Swedish financial/tax legislation. • Solid experience in inter-company charge-out models, governance structures, and financial compliance. • Proven track record in leading audits, developing financial controls, and driving process improvements. • Experience from system implementation and following changes. • Experience from working in a changing environment and establishing routines, documenting processes to set structures that are currently not in place. • Experience from larger investments and manufacturing industries (CAPEX) is meriting. • Strong expertise in ERP preferably SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud, and other systems such as Business Central, Aaro, HFM/OneStream, MS BI, Excel. • Proven track record of leadership and project management experience, including change management. • Excellent communication and advisory skills, with fluency in English and Swedish. We are recruiting a Senior Ecologist to work within our 90+ Ecology team, one of Ireland’s largest full‑time professional ecology practices, delivering projects nationwide. This role offers you the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex ecological projects from initiation through to completion. You will work on a broad range of challenging and high‑profile projects across the renewable energy, transport, water and infrastructure sectors, as well as private sector developments. This position is ideally suited to an experienced and ambitious professional who is motivated by project delivery, technical excellence and teamwork. You will contribute your skills, knowledge and experience to projects across the country, with scope to further develop your specialism while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.     What you’ll bring to the role:   Expert project delivery * Lead the delivery of complex ecological projects across terrestrial, freshwater and/or marine environments from inception to completion. * Scoping, planning and undertaking ecological surveys, Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA), Natura Impact Statements, management plans and related technical outputs. * Delivering high‑quality final project reports and submissions, suitable for planning, consent and regulatory processes. * Conduct detailed technical review, quality control and sign‑off of internal work and third‑party inputs. * Manage a high volume of projects concurrently, allocating work and balancing team capacity effectively. * Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with clients and project stakeholders. * Managing project budgets. Leadership and Mentoring * Reviewing ecological outputs prepared by other team members. * Providing guidance, mentoring and technical support to junior ecologists. * Managing a varied and busy workload while balancing client expectations, available resources and project deadlines.   The key requirements of the post will be:  * A third-level qualification in ecology, botany, natural sciences, or other related disciplines.  * A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in fulfilling similar functions, ideally in a similar consultancy role. * A broad range of ecological experience on large-scale projects in key sectors. * An excellent understanding of the EU Habitats and EIA Directives insofar as they relate to project-based ecological impact assessments being undertaken by an ecological consultancy. * Excellent report writing, technical review and quality assurance skills. * Strong commercial awareness, with demonstrable experience managing budgets and project profitability. * Confident client‑facing skills, with experience providing strategic advice. * Demonstrable ability to manage the busy and varied ecological workload of a team of ecologists. * Full driving licence.
