vidareutveckla och förädla en omfattande systemflora bestående av interna applikationer, egenutvecklade system, molnbaserade
lösningar och flera slutkonsumenttjänster. Om rollen Som Senior Business Central/Power BI-utvecklare arbetar du med att utveckla
och vidareutveckla BTJs anpassningar i Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central och Power BI. Du deltar i kravinsamling och
lösningsdesign samt analyserar verksamhetsprocesser för att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och utveckla lösningar som möter
verksamhetens behov. I rollen utvecklar du integrationer mot kringliggande system och tjänster, deltar i uppgraderingar,
förvaltning och vidareutveckling av BTJs lösningar samt säkerställer att utvecklingen följer Microsofts rekommenderade
utvecklingsmetoder. Du bidrar även med teknisk rådgivning och arkitekturkompetens i projekt och fungerar som en viktig länk mellan
verksamhet, projektledning och teknik. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har flerårig erfarenhet av utveckling i Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central eller tidigare versioner av NAV samt god erfarenhet av utveckling i Power BI och tillhörande
rapporteringsgenerering. Du har goda kunskaper inom AL-utveckling och erfarenhet av extensions, eventbaserad utveckling samt
integrationer via API, REST, OData och webbtjänster. Vi ser även att du är van att arbeta med Git, Azure DevOps och moderna
utvecklingsverktyg samt använder AI-baserade verktyg som en naturlig del av ditt utvecklingsarbete. För att lyckas i rollen
behöver du ha förståelse för hur verksamhetsprocesser fungerar och kunna omsätta affärsbehov till effektiva systemlösningar. Har
du erfarenhet inom områden som ekonomi, inköp, försäljning, lager och logistik, produktion, projektredovisning eller service och
eftermarknad, ser vi det som meriterande. Det är även meriterande om du har: - certifieringar inom Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business

About the role This role is responsible for turning financial, sales and operational data into clear insight that supports confident decision-making across the business. Working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller and teams across Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will own key reporting, forecasting and financial modelling activity, helping SFG20 understand performance, identify opportunities and plan effectively for sustainable growth. Core Responsibilities * Accountable for the preparation and maintenance of the company’s three-statement integrated financial model. * On an ongoing basis calculate, monitor and report key metrics for the business including but not limited to: * Annual recurring revenue (ARR) * Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) * Sales Velocity, pipeline conversion and sales vertical analysis * Customer churn * Customer lifetime value (LTV) * Customer acquisition cost (CAC) * Gross margin analysis * Gross and net customer retention values * Compilation of monthly metrics with variance analysis commentary into monthly Board reports. * Work with other departments, particularly Sales, Marketing and Operations, to support their data and reporting requirements ensuring they are accurate, consistent and scalable through the use of tools such as PowerBI or similar. * Ensure the data integrity within key company systems (Hubspot CRM, Business Central, sales data cube) * Together with the CFO and Financial Controller manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting preparation and processes. * Assist with ongoing and strategic projects, conducting return on investment analysis on new initiatives such as new products, pricing and systems. * Assistance with implementation of systems to continually improve financial and metric reporting. Essential experience * ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, part-qualified or actively working towards one of these qualifications. * Previous experience in an FP&A, finance analyst, commercial finance or management accounting role, within a fast-paced or growing SaaS business. * Strong financial modelling skills, including experience maintaining or developing integrated financial models, forecasts, budgets and scenario analysis. * Experience working with Power BI, or a similar business intelligence and reporting tool, to create clear, accurate and scalable reporting. * Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage, analyse and interpret large and complex data sets. * Confident working with financial, sales and operational data, with a strong understanding of how data quality impacts reporting and decision-making. * Experience producing management information, performance reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into meaningful insight that supports business planning and growth. THE ROLE As a Senior Data Analyst in NextEnergy Group’s Data & AI team you will lead geospatial analytics projects, mentor junior analysts and deliver high-impact insights across climate, nature and social themes. You will partner with the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Team and wider business stakeholders; design and maintain robust spatial datasets; develop and manage web based GIS applications; and apply spatial analysis to support due diligence across UK and international investment portfolios. Through the establishment of standardised geospatial processes, auditable data workflows and high quality visualisations, you will strengthen the organisation’s evidence base for ESG reporting and decision making. By delivering actionable insights to stakeholders you will be supporting the company’s digital transformation and sustainability goals. This role is central to our strategy to become a data-driven, technology-led and AI-infused enterprise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Analytics & Insight Generation: Lead spatial and environmental analysis across ESG topics, integrating survey, CAD, consultant and public datasets to identify constraints, risks and opportunities, and translating complex geospatial data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders. * Reporting & Visualisation: Design, build and maintain dashboards, web applications and high‑quality cartographic outputs (ArcGIS Online, ESRI), ensuring spatial data is visualised clearly, accurately and in line with best‑practice data storytelling for both operational and strategic reporting. * Mentorship & Best Practice: Champion geospatial data quality, governance and continuous improvement by managing spatial databases, standardising workflows, documenting processes and mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing and continuous learning * Data Collection & Management: Working with Data Engineering & Data Governance when relevant, own and actively manage spatial and ESG‑related datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality, integrity and compliance with GDPR and other regulation * Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate & transform analytics & reporting processes to improve efficiency & scalability * Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders across the group to understand requirements, deliver solutions and support cross-functional projects * Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Consistently document geospatial methodologies, analytical workflows and outputs, producing clear guidance and process documentation to support transparency, reproducibility and effective knowledge sharing across the wider team. * Data Quality & Governance: Support data governance initiatives by validating geospatial datasets, maintaining metadata, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory and ESG reporting requirements. * Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, analytics best practices & emerging technologies. Experience with SQL & Excel for data manipulation and with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI). Familiarity with Python, FME and cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) * Storytelling: Confidence building a story around data insights as well as communicating this with business stakeholders in an understandable and engaging manner * Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
