As a Technical Project Leader, you will take full ownership of software and system delivery throughout the entire customer project lifecycle. You will guide the technical execution from system architecture to site deployment, ensuring that all solutions meet contractual commitments as well as high standards for quality, safety, and cybersecurity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and engineering teams, while also driving improvements in governance models, decision gates, and technical project controls. Your leadership will be central to coordinating cross‑functional engineering work, managing risks, and ensuring that technical deliverables are delivered with precision and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Software system delivery — Lead the planning, execution, and verification of all software and system-level deliverables.
Engineering work structuring — Translate system architecture into clear, traceable engineering work packages.
Quality and compliance oversight — Ensure all deliverables meet functional, performance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Documentation and validation — Drive documentation, testing, and validation activities aligned with project milestones.
Technical leadership — Lead cross‑functional engineering teams and coordinate technical decisions across disciplines.
Customer collaboration — Engage with customers to shape solutions, resolve technical issues, and ensure contractual alignment.
Risk and project support — Manage technical risks and contribute to proposals, estimates, and scope management.
Qualifications for the role
Technical project leadership — Proven experience leading complex software or system engineering projects.
System architecture expertise — Strong background in system architecture and end‑to‑end delivery.
Cybersecurity and safety knowledge — Familiarity with relevant standards and engineering tools.
