We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals.
As the Marketing Specialist at Bisly, your mission will be to turn our technology, projects and market activities into clear and
engaging content that supports Bisly’s growth across multiple countries.
You will work closely with the commercial team, product managers and partners to ensure that our communication, sales materials
and marketing assets are relevant, up to date and easy to use. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content,
organizing information and helping different teams move faster.

Now we are looking for Marketing Specialist Experience Marketing acts as the cross functional connector, influencing development and leading the end-to-end articulation of experiences: from ideation and consumer insight to launch excellence and compelling content execution. As an Experience Marketing Specialist, part of the BA EMEA Experience Marketing Team, you contribute to building a deep understanding of target audiences and ensuring that new products and services solve real consumer problems. In this role, you will support and help grow your assigned category by developing marketing assets that drive conversion and purchase intent. You will also support the end-to-end commercial launch process for selected projects, working closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies. Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Experience Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on selected projects, driving experience and messaging development through consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, market assessments, and analysis. Support the Experience Marketing Manager in managing elements of large-scale cross-functional projects. Contribute to securing launch excellence and impactful storytelling toward target audiences. Brief, review, and support marketing deliverables within the commercial launch process, ensuring high-quality assets are delivered on time and in full. Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager and IMC team on content development. Work closely with local market teams to ensure content supports local needs and is effectively utilized. Share best practices within the BA EMEA Experience Marketing community, identifying opportunities for synergy and scale. Support the Events team to ensure storytelling and experiences come alive at key internal and external events. Comfortable working across geographies and time zones. Project coordination/management experience is a plus. Experience in a large international company is an advantage but not required. As our Marketing Specialist, you own two core areas: digital campaigns and events, with content as a welcome plus. You work closely with the Marketing Manager and a small, driven team, and you're trusted to take the wheel independently. You keep several projects moving at once without losing the details, you get energy from executing beyond expectations and improving how we work, and you bring people across the organisation along. If you like structure, ownership and seeing concrete results from your efforts, this role is for you. DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS * You own our digital campaigns from briefing to go-live: you plan them, steer the partners and internal specialists, and keep everything on track. * You track performance and turn the data into concrete recommendations: what's working, what isn't and what's next. * You're at ease in CRM (we use HubSpot) and like making our flows work harder. You don't need to be the expert; you own the thinking. * You help maintain consistency across our digital channels, making sure what we put out reflects who we are * You actively look for ways to improve. You don't wait to be asked; you bring ideas to the table. EVENT MANAGEMENT * Together with the team, you shape the strategy, format and audience for each event in Belgium and the Netherlands (Romania for employer-branding events). * From there you take full ownership of making it happen, and you keep everyone internally in the loop and enthused along the way. * You reach out to speakers, manage registrations and own the digital campaign for the event * You bring fresh ideas and venues to lift our events to the next level, and you support our presence at external events too. * On the day, you're hands-on and there to make it land: welcoming guests and handling whatever comes up. Travel is part of the job. CONTENT (A WELCOME PLUS, NOT A REQUIREMENT) * If content is one of your strengths, you help create it and keep our channels consistent, working with our Creative lead. A bonus, not a must. WHO YOU ARE * You have a background in marketing, communication or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. * You bring several years (5+) of relevant experience and feel at home owning multiple projects at once, independently. * You're a strong project and stakeholder manager: you bring structure, watch the details, and get people moving with you. * You have hands-on experience with digital campaigns and are comfortable in a CRM. HubSpot is a plus; most of all you're eager to dig in.
