As our new Merchant Onboarding Associate you will master the core functions of merchant services by welcoming partners to Wolt,
supporting their onboarding journey, and ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and successful.
As Merchant Onboarding Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for partners, coordinating across teams to deliver an
excellent onboarding experience. You will support partners through clear communication, process tracking, and by ensuring their
setup is ready for success on the Wolt platform.

Descriptif du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Rider Onboarding Associate (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe Rider Operations, dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois. Rattaché(e) au Senior Rider Onboarding Associate, vous contribuerez au recrutement et à l'intégration de nos livreurs partenaires en animant des sessions d'onboarding en présentiel et en garantissant une expérience candidat de qualité. Présent(e) sur le terrain, vous serez un interlocuteur privilégié des futurs livreurs et jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement de notre flotte. Vous participerez également à l'amélioration continue de nos opérations en partageant les retours du terrain avec les équipes internes. Ce poste est principalement itinérant et nécessite des déplacements fréquents sur le territoire français. Vos missions Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à : - Animer des sessions d'intégration en présentiel pour les nouveaux livreurs partenaires. - Accueillir, informer et accompagner les candidats tout au long de leur parcours d'onboarding. - Vérifier les informations et les documents nécessaires à leur intégration. - Représenter Deliveroo avec professionnalisme lors de chaque interaction avec les candidats. - Intervenir dans différents Rider Onboarding Hubs ainsi que sur le terrain selon les besoins opérationnels. - Participer au développement de la flotte de livreurs dans les zones où les besoins sont les plus importants. - Identifier les difficultés rencontrées par les candidats ou les équipes opérationnelles et les remonter au Senior Rider Onboarding Associate. - Appliquer les processus d'onboarding et contribuer à leur amélioration grâce à vos retours d'expérience. - Collaborer avec les équipes Rider Support, Supply et Operations afin d'assurer une expérience fluide pour les futurs livreurs. - Accompagner le Senior Rider Onboarding Associate dans le déploiement de projets liés à l'onboarding et à l'amélioration des opérations. Le profil recherché - Vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans la relation client, les opérations, le recrutement, l'événementiel ou dans un environnement dynamique (startup, entreprise technologique, plateforme de services, logistique, etc.). - Vous aimez le contact humain et savez mettre vos interlocuteurs en confiance. - Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et appréciez les missions de terrain. - Vous faites preuve d'autonomie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe. - Vous êtes capable de vous adapter rapidement à un environnement en constante évolution. - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils collaboratifs tels que Google Workspace, Slack ou Salesforce (la connaissance de Looker est un plus). - La maîtrise du français est indispensable. La connaissance d'une autre langue, notamment l'anglais, l'arabe ou Hindi/Urdu constitue un atout. - Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et êtes disponible pour effectuer des déplacements fréquents.
