You will own the partner-facing relationship from a delivery and product-health standpoint, acting as the structured bridge
between external partners and the internal Product, Technology functions while supporting the Business Development team which owns
the commercial relationship.

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineering Team Lead to join our team of dedicated professionals. YOUR MISSION As the Product Engineering Team Lead at Bisly, you will lead the development of the web applications that power our smart building ecosystem. You'll guide a team of full-stack engineers building the tools that customers and operators use to configure, monitor, and control intelligent buildings. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape technical direction, support product delivery, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product and Operations, you'll help balance customer needs, business priorities, and long-term technical excellence as we continue to scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers; * Drive technical direction across our React, TypeScript, and Node.js platforms; * Partner with Product and Operations to prioritize and deliver impactful features; * Guide architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices; * Balance feature development, technical debt reduction, and platform reliability; * Help the team leverage AI tools and technologies to improve products and workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design, build and operate internal platforms, cloud-native applications and automation that improve operational efficiency across Genius Sports * Develop scalable APIs and integrations that connect identity platforms, business applications, collaboration tools and enterprise systems * Build and continuously improve AI-powered workflows that automate support processes, business operations and employee experiences * Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, while supporting CI/CD pipelines and platform reliability * Partner with Security, Identity, DevOps and Business Systems teams to deliver secure, scalable and well-governed solutions * Help shape engineering standards, contribute to technical documentation and review solutions delivered by external development partners to ensure quality and scalability WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Strong software engineering experience with Python, building production-quality applications and automation solutions * Experience designing, deploying and operating solutions in AWS * Experience building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and authentication protocols such as OAuth2, SAML and SCIM * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, alongside modern CI/CD and software delivery practices * Good understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, provisioning, directory services and lifecycle automation * Experience monitoring and supporting production systems, using collaborative engineering practices such as source control and code reviews * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders IT WILL BE A BONUS IF * You've built AI-powered applications, LLM integrations or intelligent workflow automation * You have experience with enterprise identity platforms, endpoint management technologies or event-driven architectures * You've worked with serverless or containerised applications, developer productivity platforms or external engineering partners The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €3,750 to €4,550 gross.
