Growth and Accelerator Team
The Growth and Accelerator is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s emerging and high-growth
accommodation partners. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win
relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they
seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more
travelers to our great products and services and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.
As an Account Specialist for Partner Onboarding, your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network.

In this role, you'll get to: * Support new and developing accommodation partners with onboarding and basic account setup * Reach out to partners to guide them through registration and next steps * Share best practices and basic recommendations to help partners improve their performance on Agoda * Help partners understand Agoda’s tools and systems using existing materials and training * Participate in short‑term projects or campaigns to encourage partner program participation * Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow clear daily priorities * Work closely with your team to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve What you'll need to succeed: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. * New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience (no prior sales experience required) * Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English (reading and writing) * Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems) * Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback * Clear and professional communication skills * Able to adapt in a fast‑moving environment with guidance from the team * Curious, proactive, and open to trying new ways of working *This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract. Get to Know Our Team Agoda Homes—a core business line within Agoda—supports a wide range of non-hotel accommodation types including serviced apartments, homes, private villas, farm stays, chalets, boats, and more. While these accommodations have always been available on Agoda.com, today’s evolving landscape demands a sharpened focus on expanding supply and elevating quality. Our team builds long-term, cross-cultural partnerships that create exceptional value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers. The Opportunity This role is responsible for expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations in Japan. The role includes sourcing and acquiring new supply, and combining on-the-ground insights with data analysis to uncover strategic opportunities. You will communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to projects such as developing a host community network to accelerate supply growth. This position is based in our Tokyo office. You will work closely with colleagues across regional and central teams, including teams in Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Grow the business through targeted sourcing of new accommodation partners * Build trusted relationships with decision makers; use a consultative approach to acquire new partners * Report weekly/monthly KPI’s and key metrics internally to showcase successes and highlight potential opportunities * Support Agoda homes’ regional & global leadership in executing scalable initiatives/projects to drive homes business growth * Assist in developing a community of host network, host events, attend relevant events in the market * Prepare materials required for partner meetings * Consolidate feedback from hosts to understand product gaps/feature requests Please note that responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. What You’ll Need to Succeed: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields * Fluency in both Japanese (for partner engagement) and English (for internal communication) * Experience in B2B sales or similar partner-facing roles * Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out-of-the-box and autonomously execute projects tasks in a fast-paced environment * Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive, creative and open to innovate * Fast learner, adapts well to, and is energized by change * Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships with our key partners, and acquire new hosts on our platform * Ability to effectively execute the team’s vision, while communicating and getting buy-in from key stakeholders * Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with strong execution and a “get-it-done” attitude * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and similar.
