As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Customer
Success (CS) department. We undertake exciting projects at
top-tier banks all over the world to implement our online
banking solutions. Your task is to manage projects all
around the world and be a bridge between Backbase internal
teams and our clients.

providing effective coordination and communication among all
the project stakeholders.
You will be expected to support customers/partners and
advise clients on implementing their online applications
using Backbase Solution to its full potential.
● 5-8 years of experience;

● Managed a program;
● Agile coach experience is beneficial.
● Superior knowledge of standard software tools related to
daily position responsibilities, answers questions for
colleagues related to those tools and leads tutorials on

You are the product owner for a project and guide the team in making the right choices to maximize success for the project and the customer. With the multi-disciplinary and internationally diverse teams at Backbase, you will analyze, capture, and prioritize customer requirements for new customer experience initiatives. You perform business process gap analysis and write user stories. Every project has its own set of unique challenges that must be overcome and it’s up to you to think quickly and provide solutions that work for everyone. On the customer side, you will manage expectations and help them translate their vision into a sound project backlog. Due to some customers not working Agile, you will need knowledge of Agile development methodologies and be able to organize engaging workshops with customers to identify all of the technical requirements needed. How about you? * You hold a university degree (preferable business or IT related); * You have 7+ years working experience as a Business Analyst in the field; * You have experience working on lending products such as commercial, corporate or construction loans. * You have excellent communication skills in English and you feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders within Backbase and potential customers and various level; * You are able to showcase good analytical and evaluative skills, and can translate customer pain points into detailed product requirements; * Organizational and cultural sensitivity comes naturally to you; * You are able to execute product gap analysis based on gathered requirements to maximize project and customer success; * You know your way around requirements management, process modeling and development methodologies.
To lead the delivery of a major substation construction project supporting a large-scale data centre development in Sweden. As the Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, overseeing both the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) and electrical scopes while acting as the primary interface with the client. Approximately 75% of the project is CSA-focused, making a strong background in CSA delivery highly desirable. You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the substation construction project from inception through to completion. Oversee the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) and electrical work packages, ensuring effective coordination across all disciplines. Act as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Manage contractors, consultants and project teams to achieve programme milestones and project objectives. Proactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with all health and safety, quality and commercial requirements. Provide regular progress reporting and maintain clear communication with the client and wider project team. Experience Required Proven experience leading the delivery of substation or utility infrastructure projects. A strong Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) background, with experience managing associated electrical packages. Demonstrable experience delivering complex, large-scale construction projects from inception through to completion. Excellent client-facing, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills. Previous experience working on similar projects or within hyperscale data centre environments would be highly advantageous. Key Deliverables Throughout the assignment, you will be responsible for: Successfully delivering the substation construction project in line with programme, budget and quality expectations. Managing both the CSA and electrical scopes to ensure seamless project execution. Maintaining a proactive approach to project planning, risk management and issue resolution. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while providing clear leadership to the project team. Ensure the data center meets all relevant standards, regulations, and the client´s technical specifications Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes throughout the commissioning lifecycle Manage stakeholder communications and report on project status to executive leadership Develop comprehensive commissioning documentation and handover materials Required qualifications Bachelor´s degree in engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience managing complex data center or critical infrastructure projects Strong working knowledge of data center design, infrastructure, and commissioning best practices Proven project management skills with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Familiarity with relevant data center standards and compliance requirements PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred Interested?
