Tjänstebeskrivning
Vi söker dig som vill arbeta i en central roll där du får kombinera materialplanering, fakturering och
förbättringsarbete. Som Master Scheduler hos oss ansvarar du för att säkerställa ett effektivt flöde
från prognos och materialförsörjning till leverans och fakturering. Du blir en nyckelspelare i att
optimera både produktion och kapitalbindning, samtidigt som du bidrar till att utveckla och
effektivisera våra arbetssätt.
Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med flera funktioner, såsom inköp, produktion, program, logistik
och Finance. Du arbetar både operativt och analytiskt och förväntas själv planera och strukturera
din vardag, där tempot periodvis kan vara högt – särskilt vid kvartalsskiften och bokslut.
Du kommer att arbeta brett inom både materialplanering och fakturering, där dina uppgifter bland

Tasks and responsibilities · Manage end‑to‑end fabrication workflows for AR masters You will run and coordinate the complete process flow for AR master fabrication, ensuring alignment with production plans, yield targets, and quality requirements. · Develop and optimize nanofabrication processes You refine and innovate lithography (EBL, maskless UV), dry etch (RIE, ICP, IBE), and thin‑film deposition (E‑beam, sputtering, PECVD, ALD) processes to enhance performance, stability, and throughput. · Execute and document metrology for process verification You perform SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, and optical inspections, generating complete and traceable documentation for internal use and for customer projects. · Define process windows and product specifications You translate experimental data and capability studies into clear process capabilities and product specifications. · Coordinate cleanroom activities across tool groups You collaborate across lithography, etch, and deposition areas to maintain efficient flow and minimize bottlenecks. · Drive corrective and preventive actions You investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement improvements to strengthen process robustness. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain existing and new mechanical and mechatronic products for automotive applications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for future products. Create and develop designs using Creo Parametric. Design components in plastic and metal for manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, stamping, milling, and turning. Contribute to the full product development lifecycle, from concept through implementation and continuous improvement. Take ownership of engineering tasks and ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. Work with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Support product development through technical analysis, problem-solving, and design optimization. What We Are Looking For Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development. Strong proficiency in Creo Parametric. Experience designing plastic and metal components for manufacturing, including injection molding and casting. Knowledge of stamped, machined, milled, and turned components. Experience in automotive and mechatronic systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of internal combustion engines, PDM systems, and model-based simulation is considered an advantage.
