As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the customer pickup experience and ensuring a smooth and professional handover of our rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs).
This includes welcoming customers at the front desk, completing rental documentation, explaining vehicle features, and conducting handovers both inside the office and outside at the vehicle.
This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time very busy. The right candidate should be service-minded, structured, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working independently while also supporting the operational team when needed.
We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is 04/05, it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs. Please indicate your preferred start period in your application.

About the Position -- Field Agent As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for preparing rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs) for customer use and ensuring they meet company standards and are road-safe at all times. This includes carrying out thorough inspections, completing vehicle check-outs upon return, and handling the necessary administrative follow-up. You will also be responsible for: • Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks • Ensuring the fleet remains in good working condition • Identifying and reporting technical or safety issues • Taking appropriate action within your scope of responsibility Typical technical tasks may include tyre changes, brake pad replacement, and simple bodywork repairs. This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time physically demanding and busy. The right candidate should be structured, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the operations and front desk team. We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is 20/04, it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs. Please indicate your preferred start period in your application. The working language of the company is English. Norwegian is not compulsory. What Success Looks Like: Your Impact * Possesses a working knowledge of the front desk, efficiently handling the check-in and checkout processes according to hotel procedures and standards. * Be knowledgeable and proficient with the property management system. * Operate the PBX and Radio paging system according to procedures. * Establishes appropriate credit at time of guest check-in; issues room keys and familiarizes guests with the services and areas of the property. * Manages guest issues effectively, keeping in mind both the guest’s needs and business objectives. * Use discretion and professionalism in resolving guest conflicts and use good judgement to consult with management if assistance or follow-up is needed. * Conduct adequate follow-up with both guest and fellow team members. * Makes restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of the guest.
